"Unbelievable. How did she do that I didn't expect her to come out from her shyness so fast. But I loved it. That was cute.. Wish I could see her expression atleast throught the video.How fast can girls adapt to the situation? But I feel she has that ability to adapt to any situation and I m sure and wish there should be any time where our understanding and love fade." Arnav tossed on his bed for the nth time deprived of sleep as sharp contradiction to his thoughts that he could dream about her and sleep peacefully. But how can he sleep without accepting her first token of love and reciprocating. When he was thinking of testing her endurance now he himself feels getting tested in the hands of his lady love with just one gesture.
Khushi's nose flared at the thought of how a girl was blackmailed for selling drugs. More than the guy she was furious at that Kishore who had been the sole reason for Lavanya's current trouble.
Khushi: "Don't you have any sense Lavanya? How could you believe a stranger and go with him? You have a family and you have two brothers whom you could have disclosed everything? Where were your so called guts when that guy cheated you? I know its difficult to let go off the love but werent you sensible enough to understand that a guy who doesn't have any courage to say that "I break up our relationship" looking straight into your eyes. Either he must be a coward or a cheater whose intention was only to cheat you..
Lavanya: That's what I wanted to know. I wanted to know why I was trapped in his web. May be he is also a part of this gang. But I think he is also not directly involved. Because this friend who promised me to help in finding Kishore was talking to someone else who had asked them to sell this drugs. I heard him talking to his friend that he got someone to help me distributing this in my college pointing to me.
Khushi: That's should not affect you Lavanya.. Now promise me that you wont even think of that idiot any more. Tell me something.Do you know this rogue before ?
Lavanya: I have seen him many times with Kishore. I have not even talked to him once.
Khushi : Does he know about your details ?
Lavanya : He knows my mobile number and address I m not sure because even Kishore is not aware of my proper address.
Khushi : What if he had just lied to you that he will inform your family on Kishore matter? He might have tried to get you in trap taking advantage of your helpless situation. Later he must have thought he could follow you and find the house or something like that.
Lavanya : Yea possible.
Khushi : SO.. we have to trap him and you have to somehow get out of this without anyone's knowledge. It's a matter of prestige in society Lavanya.. Don't you know how Naniji and Mamaji would feel when they get to know about all these rubbish? Think of everyone at the house. IF this gets in public what will happen to your career ? Your life?
Lavanya couldn't control her tears and hugged Khushi tight that she truly felt regretful for being such a careless brat.
Khushi : Don't worry Lavanya. Im there with you. I will help you out. I have my friends with me who will support us in this. No one should know about this till then.
"Damn' this is going to be tough. Why cant I sleep? Why cant I wait till tomorrow morning to talk to her and give her what she wished for ? Am I behaving like a love struck teenager? She asked me'. Yea first time she herself asked me and I denied.. Hows that possible? I should have'" Finally after much of deliberations and fights within him he firmly sat on his bed taking his mobile with him. A smirk at the picture of Khushi which he had loaded from his email he called her mobile.. " I think she had no college today may be she is with Lavanya in the library as she said yesterday. Anyways I can talk to both of them."
Arnav's name appeared in Khushi's mobile when Khushi was trying to reach her friends to join them outside. The name itself shaked her as if she is going to explain all these to Arnav then she wont know what would be the final end of it. He is having such a high trust on his sister and she should not let shatter his trust so easily. The main concern was he should not get hurt. Going against her heart she decided to ignore his call and cut it. Arnav was really shocked when the call got cut. If she were in the class she would have switched off. If she were in some practice she would have attended or else sent a message but after waiting for ten minutes he didn't get any response. He decided to call her again. Seeing his name she hesitatingly pressed the red button once again. Thrice she cut the call.
Arnav got scared of what was happening. He decided to call her house. He was worried that she wasn't in a trouble or something. This made him wide awake and there was no sign of sleep until he finds out what the problem was.
Arnav : Hello Papa.. Arnav here. How are you ? Hows everyone at home ?
Sashi : Arnav bitwa' We are fine.. How are you? Long time we had a talk.
Arnav :Sorry Papa.. I used to call Khushi late night after my meetings but couldn't talk to you all.
Sashi : That's ok bitwa.. Hows work ?
Arnav :All fine Papa. Are you somewhere outside..I can hear some noise behind you.
Sashi : Yea I have come to the market to buy some stuff. Garima is also with me.
Arnav: Khushi is also with you papa ?
Sashi : No bitwa..she has gone to the library with her friends. Now she might have come back home I think. Try calling her mobile bitwa..
Arnav : Ok.. I will call in her mobile.
Sashi : Bitwa.. I will talk to you when I reach home..
Arnav :Sorry to disturb papa. You carry on. I will call later. Bye..
Sashi : Its ok bitwa.. bye..
Arnav had a sigh of relief but he was not satisfied. Desparate to know what happened to her. He called her once again. Khushi was talking to Lavanya and consoling her. She was motivating her to be strong and she would be out of this soon. Soon she heard her mobile ringing. She couldn't control much. She was feeling very bad of not attending his call. She decided to attend it.
Arnav : Hello Khushi .. are you ok ?
Khushi : Arnavji, I will call you back. A bit busy now.. Bye'
She hung up the call.
Arnav : What the?
Lavanya : Bhabhi, you could have attended Bhai's call. He might get angry.
Khushi : Forget it Lavanya. I know how to convince him.
Khushi closed her eyes.. She only knew how hard it was to conceal something from him. If she had talked to him she would have blurted out everything in anger. She calmed herself down.
Arnav on the other hand was thinking a bit too deeply. Was this a reaction to what he had said earlier in his conversation with her. May be she is angry with him . This had to happen it was natural and he had to get used to it. Not that every time he had to face this but she also have some feelings and temper which he had to respect he thought. He had a hope that it would be settled the next day as it was mutual agreement between the two souls that would never ever extend any disagreement for even one day.He didn't sleep as he was not able to but these thoughts in him made him awake and he switched on his laptop to work at midnight.
Shreya, Kavya, Divya and Khushi were discussing what had happened. They were really surprised to know about Lavanya as they thought she wont fall into such trap hailing from such a traditional and conservative family.
Shreya: How mean of that guy to cheat you ? How dare he tell you to forget everything in one call and think of marrying other person?
Kavya: Forget it. Actually it was for Lavanya's good I believe or else how could have she continued to believe him till the end.
Khushi: Hey we have to do something to get rid of this thorn without hurting anyone. Lavanya should not get any type of trouble anymore in her life because of this.
Swetha who was listening everything carefully thought about it.
Swetha: Hey why cant we seek the help of my father. He is the Asst Commissioner.
Khushi's face brightened hearing the statement.
Khushi : yea.. How could I forget that your father was in police. Yes. But he should not know about the real reason or Lavanya was involved in this because it might lead to enquiry and such stuff which would easily show Lavanya involved in this.
Shreya: How is that possible? How will we let him know about that rogue?
Khushi: Yea.. as far as I think the guy who loved Lavanya wont appear anytime soon. His friend is the only one who is involved in this.
Kavya: We don't know the real motive behind this Khushi.
Khushi: Shall I ask a help from you Swetha?
Swetha : Sure Khushi I can do anything to help you and Lavanya.
