Actors often get perturbed when their serials go off air. But, Vikas Bhalla aka Arjun in Shanno Ki Shaadi has his plans all set. After Shanno… goes off air in a month, the singer-turned-actor intends to return to his first love - singing. "I am recording an album after a gap of four years," says Vikas.
The album (yet to be titled) will be his second original album. "It will have foot-tapping numbers with the feel of a live rock band performing in the background. It will have a mix of romantic and fast dance numbers," he adds.
Vikas, whose first album Awara created a stir among youngsters, says that it was his busy acting schedule that kept him away from singing. "A hectic television schedule didn't allow me to pursue my singing career for so long. Now with Shanno… going off air, I'll have the time to return to my first passion," smiles Vikas.
