A helpless Rashid

After the Ayaan Humaira's "forced marriage episode" Ammi decides to pick up the family and leave the Siddique house even if they end up in financial doldrums. Massively upset at the way Ayaan has been hurt; Rashid still doesn't seem to be ecstatic at leaving home.

Rashid meets Razia and she tells him that under no circumstance will she allow him to leave with his family. She reminds him of the incident that had happened about 17 years ago. He pleads with her that he has worked very hard since that "unfateful" day but Razia tells him that she will always get her way and Rashid cannot escape his actions. What is this secret that Rashid-Razia hide from us?

A dejected Rashid comes back to Ammi and his family and tells them to unpack as they cannot leave the house ever.

Nikhat gets to know Humaira's love

Ayaan meets Humaira and tells her he is obligated as she refused marriage with him. Humaira and Ayaan share a few mirthy and naughty moments together. Seeing Humaira with tears in her eyes Nikhat gets to understand the real state of her mind and is terribly moved by it. Humaira tries her level best to hide her love from Nikhat but is unsuccessful in her attempts. In the middle of tears, Humaira tells Nikhat that she wants Ayaan's love and not pity.

Hungry Mariam

Zoya sneaks in to the dining room to grab a bite for Mariam but is caught by Dilshaad in the act but somehow manages to placate her. She takes the food for Mariam and puts her up in the storeroom.

Asad is unable to sleep in his room as he is plagued by the threats belted out by Mariam's family and catches Zoya sneaking out from the storeroom. As Asad questions her movements she retorts back that he is interested in her activities. While they are in the middle of the conversation Mariam by mistake presses the button on the tape deck. Zoya tells Asad that he is hearing sounds but no music played and he needs to rest as he is stressed out.

Convinced that he wasn't hearing things Asad goes back to the storeroom after Zoya leaves and sees a tape deck lying on the table and hears a few telltale sounds.
