I don't remember if Delhi institute has specialized program or not but tell her to check out "Gujarat Forensic Science University" Gandhinagar, Gujarat
they have Post graduate diploma in Forensic Psyhcology (that'a after MA) and even Doctrate in Forensic Psychology but it is still new so may be one or two student

Right now she is in JMC Delhi, then she wants to go to US for Masters and PHD. working hard towards that. hope she gets it.
