Feel sorry for Anupam Kher. He comes across a jolly guy in movies but what a contrast in real life. He writes self help books now yet himself has so many issues!
But it's good he's got recognition now and that too, internationally.
Most artistes have so many problems in their lives and personality issues, still they continue working and achieve something in career. That's inspirational. Guess keeping yourself engaged in work is the only remedy.
Yeah, work's a good distraction from your personal life. And I've also observed that most of the people who dish out self-help books.. or say, even counselors/psychologists, are obsessed with others, constantly give to others but don't know how to receive. They can recite long lists of other people's wants and needs with great precision and detail, what they think, feel, do, should do, shouldn't do, how to solve their issues and so on. But these same folks who have such great insight into others can't see themselves. They don't know what they're feeling, they aren't sure what they think, and they don't know what, if anything, can solve their "issues". So they probably feel responsible for the entire world but refuse to take responsibility for leading and enhancing their personal lives.
