Shiv took anandi as a challenge so he s putting up with all the nonsense (shekhars useless coming for jagya's hospital surprise, finding jagya for anandi and singhs, again a surprise). Once anandi becomes "ab mujhse hoga", shiv will become logical and won't allow any nonsense from her. This anandi knows very well so she is "mujhse nahi hoga" and getting all stupid activities done.

Haha anandi's monologue while making bed 'agar Maine apne aap ko samarpan kar diya to shiv ka ehsaan band ho jayega.' Tabhi shiv enters bedroom anandi achanak "mujhse nhi hoga".
Shiv surprised"Maine to kuch pucha hi nhi. Kya nhi hoga?"

anandi chalta raha toh buddi ho jaho gi . bacche bhi chahiye na so no need to worry . waise bhi anandi aapko kuch nahi karna shiv ko kar hai so just chill maar .😆😆😆
