Since rishi decided to go with doctors suggestion, I think that it is zara who is there with Rishi.

No it is not Zara, her hand is shown clearly which is burnt , she is Indira only 😳

U can just remember the precap, where savita and kutumb where taking abt something suspense?

I think that they are again exchanging the LW and Zara.

May be Zara will put something to her hands which look like it is burnt.

Cant say anything about precap.😆
it looks confusing as they sometimes give us misleading precaps to attract our interest ( like the precap during DNA mahaepisode where they showed zara's DNA matching with Indu but in reality it was just the opposite) 😊

if you notice in precap Rishi is sleeping 😆 may be they mixed sleeping pills in his drink 🥱 😉 and i am sure it is Indira not Zara 😛

I was not aware of this. Have they shown it yesterday?

This may be the work by Zara or Kutumb or Savita. Then again I think it is Zara with rishi.
