I am not sure I have heard him referred to her as Zoya except January 21st episode. I wonder if he will refer back to the Miss Farooqui after today?

He called her zoya earlier once when the whole akram fiasco happens and he brings her home...in unconscious mind zoya calls out to him as asad and he responds back saying "Ab hum ghar aagaye hain Zoya"

this not the first time asad had told zoya many times
zoya is the one who is not taking asad names
