Battle lines
Gurukul vs Qazi
A little game played by Padma has opened a deep crack in the Gurukul. Apart from Ruprekha, all the students feel that Qazi should be the one to leave the Gurukul. This has made Qazi uptight and all the students appear as self- righteous.

Qazi vs Shamit
Shamit has been stressing on singing talent all along but has now started talking about X-factor. Qazi has been looked down upon as he seems to be more of a performer and less of a singer. Qazi took up Shamit on this change in stance.

Javed vs students
Javed has taken a very tough stand on the why the students voted Kirti out despite thinking very highly of him. Javed thinks they were politically motivated and saw the goal more achievable with the removal of a talented singer.

KK said the ultimate battle line, "All is fair in love and war". After this result episode, all the facades have been dropped. The show began on an amicable note but ended on differences and arguments.

Javed did the most amazing thing by apologizing to Shamit for cornering him in the Caf Round. Javed took up Shamit for playing the emotional card by saying that he was trying to win the show for his mother. But by the end of the show Javed had some tough words for Shamit. Read on!

Results
Prasant: He expected Shamit to make it back to the Gurukul.
Padma: She expected Gurpreet to exit the Gurukul.
Well both of them were correct!

Qazi was voted back by the public. A record 22 lakh votes came in. Qazi so far has received a thumping 40 lakh votes.
Shamit got the total allegiance of his Gurukul buddies.
Gurpreet just got best wishes and praises for being a wonderful and gentle person who will definitely make it as a singer.

This time, there were no sympathy votes. Shamit was thrilled at his victory but did express his distress on being branded a politician.

This is where things did a u-turn. Javed pointed out that what Shamit had said was in poor taste. Shamit would have been more gracious if he had said that a few student votes should have gone Gurpreet's way.

After all, these were the very same students who had voted for Gurpreet earlier because they felt sorry for her. Ila could not get a word in and Javed concluded very strongly that he felt that the students were all politically motivated and this is why a talented singer like Kirti is out.

Again to conclude in KK's words - ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR. IS IT???
