very simple,we came to know that rashid is a partner in siddiqis company,she knows that if ayaan marries someoneelse then she will loose the property which belongs to rashid,if her daughter got married to ayaan then she gains back the property

They keep mentioning that she is unwell and they can't afford to lose her I feel she can't become a mother or something. I mean in the show, everything is very hyped about marriages. Be it complexion (Nikhat's case) or a disability. I'm pretty sure it's that. So no one questions them about her inability to reproduce.

she's just internally weak, i guess she's been sick from when she's born..and people like that need alot of care..and Razia doesn't want to send Humeira far from herself that's why she want Humeira and Ayaan to get married so that Humeira will stay in the same house forever.
