As per the original story he then made his parents sit together & did their pradakshina. Other Devas followed the superficial understanding of doing 3 parikramas, where as Ganesh showed the actual meaning of parikramma of sansar. It's like what one looks for in the entire World is ultimately found withing one's self.

Devas didn't protest because they realised they were at fault, joining this compition leaving their duties which is essential for the World.

A true Deva is the one who thinks of other's first, like Mahadev. Here Ganesh proved he too has the same quality. So he is truly the winner.

Best explanation. I agree with you. One has to not think of self goals especially in position of power but to do what is best for the sansaar. I love Ganesh.😊

Actually Mahadev and Parvati are in a way a "sansaar"-not only by means of being Ganesha's parents but also by being the "Purush and Prakriti" that creates the world

I feel like blaming Mahadev for leaving Karthikeya at Kritika Lok. Firstly those women never told him who his actual parents where and when Shiv Parvati came back to claim their son he behaved very badly with his mother by picking up a stone to hit her. If there was a purpose of leaving Karthikeya there than sadly it has given bad outcome. They did note even teach good manners to Karthikeya on the contrary look at Ganesh because he was looked after by parvati and was at kailash how well mannered and good he turned out to be. I feel like blaming Mahadev only for keeping Karthikeya away in his childhood away from his mother and family.Rushi good acting but Sadhil is my favorite. 😳
