"Whats up buddy?Deal finalized uh?"asked Maan.
"No yar.Know what?Spoke with dad.He asked me to be with Gudia so am returning back to India"Yash answered happily..
"Do you even know what are you saying.No ways you are coming India without bagging the deal" Maan barked over the phone.
Yash was shocked.
"Par Maan,I want to see my gudia.Do you even know how much am worried being away from in this situation.I spoke with dad also.he seemed to have no problem.then why are you screaming at me?Are you in your senses?"yelled Yash who was disturbed by Maan's outburst.
"It's you who is not in senses.I asked you to bag that deal as quick as possible and come to India,not before that."
"No yar,its not about your call.But I feel like I should be with Geet at this time.The time when she is all alone losing her parents.I should have been there as soon as I heard the death of uncle and aunty but you stopped me that time but it is not going to happen now."
"Yash ,SHE IS NOT ALL ALONE.Her future family is with her.Her Daadi and her best friend Annie is always with her making sure she is ok.Am am with her.I could sense your restlessness and pain of being away from her,but that doesn't mean that you should forget your word you have given your gudia.That ws the reason I asked you not to return on that dreadful day which turned all our life's in a dreadfull manner."Maan's word choked atlast mentioning the dreadful day when he lost his parent like figures,the day he lost the smile of his LIFE.
Yash now felt like killing himself for giving such a word to geet.Is that necessary he should make a promise to his sister that he will not return back India before he meets his first success in this project.It's all because of the stupid promise he made to her on the day of raksha banthan.It was all because of his dad.
Mr.chopra expressed his grief on yash being cool and playfull not joining business to Maan one day when geet was also with them.so as a result of which his gudia for the first time has asked something from her brother whch he canot deny.it was nothing but to became a successful business man and to join in his father's business of fashion designing.And she also took promise from him that he would fullfil her wish.How on earth he is going to avoid what his doll had said to him.its next to impossible.He had a smile thinking the effect his gudia had on him.š
"Ya Maan I understand I should fulfill my Gudia's wish.she wish to see me as a best business man and when I return ill make her proud."said Yash in a meeky tone.
"Take care Yash.Don't worry about Geetu we will take care of her.Annie is always by her side .So don't bother yourself" said Maan.
"Bye buddy" Yash hanged the phone.
He informed his dad about the change in plans.Mr.chopra was overwhelmed by the love Yash has on Geet.After all only Geet could have the power of making his all time play full Yash turn into a serious Business man.Thanks to Geet thought Mr.chopra.
Yash was pulled back to the day when he met his gudia.
Flashback..
It was when geet was 11 yrs and maan 13
Days were rolling on faster..as the days passed.geet n annie were the same good caring lovable crazy friends who go crazy over movies.Maan being a responsible for these two kiddos had a hard time being around them because it was 24/7 they wish to see a movie or talk on it.
It was a rakshabandan..Geet felt lonely.She always felt a need for a brother.This time also she will not be able to celebrate her rakki.Because whenever she tried to tie rakki to Maan he'll not allow her.For Maan it was the toughtest day in a year..Because he has to make sure that geet willnt tie rakki in his hand.
The elders will hav a great time seeing the funny exchange between geet and maan.Geet will threaten him sayng the words he said to her on that night that he is the person who takes up all the relations for her..So now being a good boy he will have to take the rakki from geet..She knew that maan cant be her brother for some unknown reason she herself hated the fact but she loved torchering him for the whole day.
After all who could swipe the arrogant smirk he has on his face for the whole 365 days.Geet will have a good time making him go crazy for the entire day.She knows that he will not allow her to tie Rakki so she will do all kind of crazy things and get whatever she wants from him on that day.On the other hand Mann will get her what she demands for on that day to get a smile back on her face.
This year geet was same way torchering maan..He was going on hiding himself from his little devil.Yash maan's buddy had come to Km to meet him and was shochked to see "THE MSK" going on in a hide from a 11 yr old girl..he couldn't believe his eyes..He rolled on the floor laughing..Everyone was stunned to hear a laughter..Maan gave a glare to yash and came near him.Yash on seeing the glare from Maan stooped his laugh..
"Maan beta who is this?" enquired Daadi
"Daadima this is Yash Chopra..my best buddy" replied Maan pulling Yash into a side hug.
Daddi was happy seeing maan's best friend.She greeted him and made him sit in the living room.Meanwhile everyone gathered in the living room to see who was Maan's friend because making Maan as their friend was the toughest job.they all knows that Maan is not the same caring guy outside Khuranna Mansion.
"This is my momma and papa yash and momma and papa this is yash."Maan introduced Yash to Rano and Mohinder.
"Hi beta..we are glad to meet our chottu's friend.Of course you must hold a great place in Maan's heart, because he would never befriend anyone that easily.Stay here and have lunch wih us beta."
Yash knows about the death of sanjay and Sonia and also know how maan addressed handa's has momma and papa but maan never spoke abt annie and geet to Yash(over protective bro and lover) so he was unaware about the two angels of Maan's life..
Yash was stunned to see the love from maan's family members.He felt as if he was one among them.Maan gave intro to Annie.And soon they both vonded very well as FRIENDS.
Suddenly Yash remembered seeing a small cutey doll from whom Maan were hiding.without being mask his surprised tone he asked" wo maan who was that girl from whom you were hiding?"
Maan doesn't like yash asking him about geet..He said " She is MY GEETU,Daughter of Rano mamma"..stressing on the word my..Yash could see something between them..But he always ached for a sister so he felt a sister in the form of geet when he first looked at her..
"Where is she maan?Can I meet her"
"She is angry on me and sitting in the stairs..come meet her.".
"Why is she angry on you?"
"Today is raksha bandan haina?she wants to tie rakki to me!!Every Rakshabandanshe would be angry at me.but she is a total nautakini.At the end of the day she gets something from me for making her sad.I have to bribe her to bring back the smile in her face.This time she has come up with a crazy idea.I should get her a brother or I have to become her brother.She will be the death of me.I'll go crazy one day" screamed Maan who could not anymore take His little Devil's play.
Now yash was clear why maan was that much scared of that sweet little gudia(That's what he felt on seeing her sweet little doll).On going near to geet yash bent to her eye level.
"Hi beautiful..I am yash..yash chopra ..maan's best buddy"
Geet on hearing someone say her beautiful,her face lit up.She extended her hand and said "Hi Iam Geet ,Geet Handa."
"Oh !!But maan said u as geetu??"asked yash confused..
Maan was standing quiet burning with jealousy seeing the exchange between these two..Onthe top of it he is calling her beautifull.From morning she is driving me crazy with that angry sullen face of hers but see how her face getting lit up hearing it ..He slapped himself mentally for giving intro between yash and geet..
Geet was so happy to have new friend apart from Maan and annie..Yash sat near her on the steps and admired her talking animatedly..
"Wo that uh??? You know Maan only named me geetu when I was born but mom,dad,mamma ,papa and daadi named me geet instead of geetu but he loves to call me geetu."
"So then can I also call you Geetu?"
"No ways.she screamed.Only Maan can call me that way. No one else should call me with that name.Samji app??"Said Geet slightly irritated with the audacity of her new friend to call her geetu.
"Oh ho then can I call you gudia?? Your one such..i love to call you that way.".
"No need yash call her geet.its her name."interrupted Maan..
"No no you call me gudia.I like that .".she said and gave a glare to man who went quiet..
"You are angry on my best buddy haina gudia?" inquired yash.
"Haan yes"
"Can I ask you something?"
"Yes sure you can."she said with a straight face looking at maan..
"Can you tie rakkhi and make me your rakki bhai.I don't have any sis and I love to have this gudia as my sisIs it okay with you?" he asked with a pleading eyes..
Maan felt relived hearing thisAt first he was not comforatable with the convo between Geetu and Yash.now he was happy since his problem was solved now and gave athank you buddy look to yash..
Geet thrown herself practically over Yash ad screamed in his ears." yash bhai..i love to..thank you thank you..from now on you're my bhai.." saying this she tied rakki on his hand which she ws having in her hand from morning to threaten maan..
Everyone was happy seeing this..
"Now bhai you should give me whatever I ask for??"
"At your service gudia" Yash said dramatically bowing in front of geet.
Geet gave him a cheeky smile .. I want you to be here on every raksha bandan so that I could tie you rakki..yash assured he will be there everytime..
As days passed yash geet maan annie grew up close..yash and geet were the best siblings so as annie and geet..
Flashback ends.
Yash had tears in his eyes when he came back to the present world.
