One thing is proven that Khan siblings' happiness is inclusive of each other. Asad cannot happily meet Ayaan if it's at the cost of Nikhat's engagement and Nikhat can't bring herself to marry the man of her dreams if the price to pay is keeping her brothers apart.
Happiness, pain, sadness aside, the most stark emotion I saw today in the much-awaited office scene was guilt. Asad felt guilty and blamed himself for Nikhat's broken engagement. Nikhat, too, felt she was the reason why Asad and Ayaan, two brothers who love each other beyond anything, have to be apart so much so that they cannot even talk on the phone.
I love Asad's assurance to Nikhat that she will marry Imraan (the way she blushed while talking about him was supercute, BTW!). Normally, I won't approve of his way but Haseena Bi couldn't be dealt with any other alternative. I just hope she keeps her word and Nikhat isn't faced with any more ordeals (partly because I also feel that it's time to wrap up the track now) 'coz greed knows no bounds. I loved how he took her case though. Threatening, huh!
