i also think that she's acting firstly she was not able to stand up properly,she recognises only Rishi then suddenly she was able to wipe Zara tears then today she knows how to differentiate that zara is dress like her...She also slapped zara when she said rishi is only her's...Weird,Weird Weird.

I am also doubting her now. How can she understand Zara telling that Rishi is her Pati and slap her. As she has shown that, she is not capable of taking her basic needs, behaves like toddler and only want IShi.. she never remembers any of her family members, leave all of those selfish be-sharmas, not even Ishaan, ishaan was very close to her bua until she went to coma.

good point when she left Ishaan was only a kid but still she's not ready to understand a child though Indu keeps dancing around her but she has no feelings for her as her mind is of a child she must like lndu for being a little girl but she knows only chanting Ishi Ishi...
