Why did Shyam find Khushi a job in AR

If he was planning on courting and then marrying her, why did he find her a job in AR? Why did he not think of the risk of khushi coming in contact with Anjali through the AR connection?
wouldnt it make sense to keep the two ladies as apart as possible when he is wanting to two-time them?
Anybody thought of that or am i missing something?

He was trying to get into Guptas' good book and he didn't get the job in AR design head office but in the warehouse where chances of Khushi coming in contact with Arnav and Anjali were nil. Unfortunately for him things didn't workout as per his plan.
