chp 14 : friends
Part 1
Friends make the good times better and the hard time easier, even science proof that having friends lead to a more healthy life
Prateek was talking on the phone with yash
" If you need all the informations about Aarti babhi operation , we ganna need the name of the hospital that she done the operation on it "
yash " " Ok Prateek , i have to go , if you find enything new call me "
Prteek " Ok take care see you later "
Prateek hang out then start thinking "How can find the hospital's name, i cannot go and ask Aarti's family"
Pari come saw her husband so lost in his tough
" Dear , are you ok ? why are you standing in the hall of hotel "
Prateek kiss her on the cheek" Hi pari did you enjoy shopping ? "
Pari " Yes, but i feel a little bored since i was alone , but where did you and yash baya went ? i was shocked when you call me saying that some urgent work with yash come out and you cannot join me for lunch , is everything ok ? "
Prateek "lets go to our suite first , i will tell there "
After a while on the suite
Pari " What ? Aarti is alive "
Prateek " Yes , i was shocked just like you , but i saw her with my own eyes ,"
Pari " But her family told us that she die during the operation "
Prateek " I know, also she seem like she suffer from amnesia, yash ask me to try to find more information since im gonna stay here for more time , but for that i need to know the hospital's name where aarti operated , and i dont think that her family will help us out"
Pari start thinking then said " Maybe Aman and Sunita will know , they are her best friends "
Prateek " Wow, i did not think about it , but do think that they know about the fact that she is alive and hide it too ? "
Parti "Ok there is only one way to find out , you steel have Aman number right ? "
Prateek " Yes, it has been a long time since i call him, i hope he still have the same number, im going to maker the call "
Aman was on the living room holding his 3 months old baby on his hand ,
Sunita come and said " Wow, she is sleeping , how did you do it ? "
Aman " I sing for her , i think she love my voice "
Sunita " Glad that you find finaly someone who like your voice, now i will take her to her bed "
Aman " Its ok , i will do it, you look tired "
Sunita " Yes, long day at work then long day at the kitchen"
Aman " I will take her , then comeback to do a good head massage for you " he said that with a smile and get up to take their baby to her room
Sunita " thanks dear, o wait , i want to kiss her a good night kiss "
Sunita then kiss the baby and said " Sweet dreams Aarti "
Aman then take her , Sunita was seting on the sofa , after a while Aman come and said seting next to her " She is sleeping , so where we are ? "
Sunita smile and said " You promise me a head's massage "
Aman said with a playful tone " Yes , dear, but lets see i take care of the baby after i came from work today,and i will do a head's massage for you , is that mean that im gonna have an payoff for me ?"
Sunita with a naughty smile " It depend of how good your massage "
Then the Aman cell ring
" Who is calling on this hour ? " Aman
" Maybe its something important answer it " Sunita
Aman take and said " Hallo ? " , Aman was shocked to find out that its Prateek , but he was more shocked to find out the reasonof his call , Sunita who hear their conversation couldn't believe the news that she hear, she give Prateek to hospital's name then set next to her husband unable to say enything more, after a while Aman said " Aarti is alive , is this a jock ? "
" i cannot believe that her parents lie to us , they organise a damn funeral when they comeback to india without her, they were crying and acting like she is dead " Sunita said with anger
" But why they lie to us ? " Aman
Sunita " Maybe they were afaid that we will mention yash to her if she forgot him, infact we are the ones who told yash about Aarti's sickness remember "
Aman " We even give him , their picture "
Sunita " But it was Aarti wish , she ask us to give the picture to yash ,if she did not survive ,she want him to remember her as the outsider , he was a big fool because he never remember that Aarti was the outsider , intill their last day togather he did not remember that Aarti was his friends from high school that he use to call outsider"
Aman "But do you think that she forgot us as well ?"
Sunita " I think so, Aarti couldn't agree to hide the fact that she is alive from us, we are her best friends,she know that we gonna be hurt because of it " then Sunita smile and said " but she is alive wow, that a great think , its just amezing thing "Sunita said then hug Aman who said also with a smile
" Yeh , she is alive and thats whats matter, our best friend is alive and she will be back soon to india "
Sunita " Its ok , if she forgot us , remember what she told us on the last time we saw her "
Aman laugh and said " yeh, she said "We can always be friends again if i forgot you guys , just bring barfi with you if you are visiting me ,that will be a great start of our second time of friendship " "
Sunita laugh and said " I cannot wait to talk to her again , a lot of things happened in a our life and im sure a lot of things happen on hers "
Flashbacks
Aman and Suniat were on hospital heading to Aarti room, they nock and enter
Aarti look at them and said " Hi "
Aman and Sunita rush to Aarti and said
" Are you ok ? "
" What the doctors said ? "
Aarti look at and them said " A lot of things are happening in my life this days , seat down and i will tell you " then she look to her father and said " Dad please take mom for a walk she is shaking , a walk will help her to calm down "
Sobha " Im not going to let you alone "
Aarti " Im not alone , Aman and Sunita are here mom , the doctor advice you to go for a walk everytime you are on shaking state , please mom"
Mr dubey then take Sobha out of the room saying "Aarti is right "
Aman and Sunita seat and ask Aarti again
" Tell us Aarti is everything ok " Sunita said with worry
Aarti " First i pass out for the first time on my life thats cool , it never happen with me ,
Then i also go on a date for the first time on my life , my parents arrange it and the guy like me and our families decide to arrange our marriage"
Sunita " You went on a date and you did not tell me ? "
Aman " You are geting married wow, cool,congratz "
Sunita " Dont said cool to her or congratz her, she did not tell us "
Aarti " Everything happened so fast, also it just happened yesterday, im sorry "
Sunita "how dare you ? you wait an entire night ! you could call me, you were the first one that i call when Aman propose to me "
Aarti " Sunita please , i was the one who introduce you to each other remember i was your common friend , i saw the entire story ,i even help Aman to choose the ring "
Aman said " Aarti is right Sunita "
Sunita look at him and said " are you taking her side now ? "
Aarti laugh and said " Aman will always take my side between us, we were friend before the 2 of you meet and we also work together"
Aman teasing them both" Sorry haney i cannot get angry to the most talented employee that i have "
Aarti " Im just to most talented employee for you, how cheap , we know eath other since the first day of college, i though we were best friends "
Sunita laugh and said " See Aarti im your best friend after all, even if i dont have his Seniority
"
Aarti " You are right "
Aman " What Seniority ? we were friend on your first day of college since we study together and the 2 of you become friends a week later when you meet on that debate "
Sunita laugh and said " I dont know till today , what Aarti was doing there , she was an Art's student and the debate was for journalist's student "
Aarti "I was just feeling bored, i was like a debate on college i will go "
Sunita " But i have to said you realy debated even if you were not supposed to be there "
then the 3 of them start to laugh , then Aarti said
" Sorry again Sunita, i will let you come with when i will go for shopping for the wedding"
Sunita " You better to do so, i take you with me everywere when i was preparing to mine "
Aarti " Yeh, to be honest i did not enjoy that, and i dont think that im gonna enjoy this one as well"
Sunita laugh " I know , infact i only want to go with you to see your face when we force you to try clothes, dress after dress, saree after saree "
Aarti " Thats mean "
Aman " Infact i wanna go to, it would hilarious to see you suffering from shopping "
Aarti said " Are you guys my friends or my enemies"
Aman " By the way , why are you on hospital , what the doctors said? "
Aarti " O about that i have a brain's tumor "
Sunita and Aman look at her on shock
Aarti then add " The doctors said they need the do more test so im gonna satay here for some time, , guys are you ok , you look shocked , please dont start a drama , please "
Aarti said after a while " Its ok im gonna be ok , im sure , remember our vow "
Aman " What vow ? "
Sunita " On the first night i go for a sleep over on Aarti's houe we vow something on the moon light remember ? "
Aarti " Yes, we read about some vow that come true on a night with full moon in some weird book about black magic, so we vow that we gonna stay friends forever intill we gonna become so old,and see our grand grand grand children and if we die we gonna stay best friends as Ghosts "
Sunita add " And scare the people together "
then they both start to laugh , Sunita hold Aarti hand and said " You are right , you gonna be ok "
Aman add " I hope that the black magic is real "
Aarti look at him and said " Just shut up and lets do a Collective hug"
The 3 of them hug then Aarti add after they break the hug " By the way , when the 2 of you are going to have kids , i wanna see your children before i die "
Aman looking at Sunita " If you want we can start trying now i dont want my best friend to die without seeing them "
Aarti " i can leave the room if you want "
Sunita " Stop it the 2 of you , its easy to ask for it since no one of you is ganna be pregnant for 9 moths and give birth "
Aarti " Ok for the record, if i die i want that your first daughter to be named after me "
Sunita " Stop you emotional blackmail, it not going to work, you gonna be ok and healthy soon"
Aman " Infact we are going to name our first daughter after you anyway "
Aarti " Realy "
Sunita " Aman is right you help us a lot in our reltionship , you are the reason that we meet and you give us a good plan to make our parents accept our marriage since we are from diffrent cast "
Aari " Glad to help , and faking dead always make people go softer, i cannot forget your parents face when they see that you were alive and not dead like i told them "
Aman with evil smile " Good times "
Sunita look at them and said " The 2 of you are a real devil "
Aarti " Come up you enjoy it too, dont Denial it , it was like a bollywood movie "
the 3 of them start to laugh again , after a while Mr dubey and Sobha comeback ,then after some time a nurse came ask them to let Aarti take a rest , next days Aarti has done more tests , she was smiling and jocking all the time , her parents were with her all the time, Aman and Sunita come to visit her every day, even when Aarti went to USA , they were in contact everyday, they chat all time on FB and skype , they were even willing to come to USA for her operation but then, Aarti shock them when she call them and said that she is coming back and she may need their help on something
best friends are the one who know how crazy you are and still love you , and sometimes they help you and support you on some crazy actions 😉
