Help...Help..

I need some help with some words..hehe..Again,,😆

Can sum1 explain these two words:-

Hooligan and Time-out..

I know what they mean but I don't know how to explain them😕😆Well I have always been week in English lol so thats why I always ask for help when I am doing my English assignment..I am the oldest sister so I have no older sister/brother who can help me with this😔But I hope you my friendzz can help me😳

I havn't any english dictionary where I can read the explanation of those words..but tnx anyway

Time-out means:

A short break from work or play

A punishment for misbehavior in young children in which they are briefly separated from the group.

In sports: a short interruption in da game so dat da players can rest or talk abt their next play

Hooligan means:

A tough and aggressive or violent youth.
