I live in London and am a big fan of Dr. Simran....

Please could anybody tell me when and where they are due to shoot in London?

its likely to start in jan there a contewst going on too where u get to act in the serial probably check with zee uk .com

i dont have links but it might be posted only in january if u know someone in singapore then ask how they appeared in astitva (the shot where she addresses a group of supposed doctors who were actually winners)
