See karishma's decency...she never even for once told anyone (even in live feed) that its from her own movie... she declared her film with rajni only when BB asked the question a few days later from other housemates in quiz task.

The fact is that Karishma is born and brought-up in uptown LONDON, she can't think how to influence a person in typical Desi style and other hand SANA is street smart desi marka next door girl from Mumbai's suburb Mahim locality. That reflects with Sana's behavior, talking style, laughing. She's been in the film industry of down south for quite some time afterwards drinking of ghat ghat ka paani, thus she knows well how to deal with men! After seeing her mother's health, I guess there are no any strict regulations from family end too, only she and her mother residing together.
