Introduction: I live in the US in Illinois and recently when they started Bhandham serial I started watching and I never I was going to write like this. How ever for now I will try my best to recollect and summarise the story so far. Please post your opinions after you read them. 😉 ( paarthu eluthunga please !!!!)

Episode 1 to Episode 8

Nithila is the daughter of Thamirabarani (Thamira)who is spending her 20th year in Andaman Prison and is about to be released from the prison. Thamira has a brother

( 😊 still not sure whether he is own brother or some relative- but he is a very nice person and kind to Thamira and her daughter Nithila 😊 )

Nithila is studying MBA in a college and staying in a convent hostel.She is very much attached to the Mother Superior of that convent since she was brought up by her all these 20 years. Nithi considers the Mother Superior as her own mother and she has a lot of respect and love for her.

Thamira's brother is married to Aadhilakshmi (Aadhi) who never misses any chance to show her hatred towards Tamira and Nithi. She is a very dominating wife and the poor husband has to listen to all of her nonsense and he is so helpless to do anything at all even if he wants to. They have two sons Santha Ganapathi(Shanth) and Selva Ganapathi(Selva). The elder son is a little bit immature and he poses as if he handles all the problems in the office- like talking over a phone when the phone is not even connected etc. He makes himself a fool and the sincere manager Aadiapatham tries to help him out in all the dumb things he does. Aadiapatham is a very sincere worker in the family for years and he is a well-wisher of Thamira and Nithi.

Aadhi has a brother who has a daughter ( 😊 oops !!! I forgot her name ..But I promise later on I will try to find and let you all know 😊 ) Aadhi and her husband and the girl's parents are planning for the marriage of their son to her. When the boy's parents go to the girl's house to propose officially, the girl shocked both parents by asking "How can you people plan my marriage without asking me??" ( 😉 big baanda ma!!! 😉 )and anyway she asks for some time and goes inside her room and thinks about Selva who is her mura mapillai and comes out with a positive answer and tells everyone about her concern and also warns everyone not to take any decision like this in future.

Nithi does not know that her mother is a prisoner in Andaman and rather she thinks that her mom is working in Andaman. Her mother comes from Andaman by ship and Nithi, Selva and his dad go to the port to receive her. Nithi is very happy to see her mom after 20 years and Thamira is too happy to see her and others. Before she gets into the car she asks her brother whether Nithi knows about her prison stay and he assures that she does not know anything at all.

They reach home where Aadhi is waiting to spit out her anger and her hatred towards Thamira. After a short stop, Thamira takes her house key goes to her house, which is in the same compound, along with Nithi. A lot of flash backs come in her mind where she lives happily with her husband and Baby Nithi. The house is very dusty and both mom and daughter start cleaning the house.

Aadiapatham comes and tells that long time ago her husband handed over some money to him. All this 20 years, her brother was sending money for Nithy's education from that money. He hands in a book where he had written all the account detail along with a balance amount of Rs 7620. Thamira was touched by this action of Aadiapatham. Nithi and Thamira exchange their gifts and both were surprised to find that they both have bought exactly the same gift. It is a crystal mother and baby statue with a small alarm clock.

Aadhi announces her decision of fixing a wife for her younger son, to her choice. Selva does not approve of this and he goes away from there. Meanwhile Thamira brings milk and tells them to have that since this is the first time she boiled milk in her house after the prayers. But Aadhi as usual insults her and when Thamira asks Aadhi's help to find a job, Aadhi sarcastically offers a servant maid's job in her house for Rs 1500 per month. Thamira happily accepts that.

While Nithi is asleep Thamira slowly goes and opens a room, looks inside and shocked to find it empty. She comes out and sees her brother standing in the balcony and tells him that she wants to talk to him. He comes down and she asks about her things kept in that room and she complains that the room is empty. She looks very disturbed and worried.

Shanth tells that all the things were removed from there and stored in the warehouse and next morning she can take Subbiah along to get her stuff from the warehouse. But she can not wait until dawn and she requests him the warehouse keys. She goes and opens the warehouse……( 😊 😛 😉 super …oh….super acting by Kanya as Thamira 👏 👏)

Episode ~ 9

October 05 2006

Thamira and her brother are standing in the garden and she asks doubtfully whether all her things will be intact in the warehouse and he reassures that everything will be safe there and hands over the keys to Thamira and tells her to take Subbiah in the morning to shift her things.
He continues to have the conversation with Thamira. He asks whether Nithila slept off and he tells Thamira that Nithila under no circumstance should come to know about her prison life, if Nithi comes to know the truth she will feel very sad. Thamira responds by telling that she hasn't told Nithi anything yet. He tells Thamira that so much had happened in her life so far and right now only consolation for her wounded life is Nithila.
Thamira agrees with her brother and tells that Nithila is everything in her life. Now he tells that he will be there for her always though he is not her own brother.

( 😊 Ok…. now we all know that he is not Thamira's own brother)

Thamira shows her sadness on her face so beautifully here and asks him whether he went to that Orphanage and enquired? He tells her that he did but so far nothing new at all. Thamira expresses her desire to go herself there but her brother tells that there is no use in her going there and moreover he has requested them to let him know even if they get any news.

( 😛 hmmm…ayo…about what they are discussing??? We have no clue yet!!)

Thamira says so firmly "yes one day we will definitely get it back and I have a strong hope and faith in this matter" He tells that what can we do apart from hoping against hopes?
Thamira says that "I won't leave unless I get back all which I lost in my life. If anything is lost we should not leave it and if we do so what value we have got for that thing or what respect we have as a person who lost something? We have to search for it and somehow we have to find it too, right anna?" What went off my hand, I value that equal to my soul"

( 😃 ayo Thamira…ennamma athu…..Kanya you act so well …..)

He consoles her telling her not to worry too much and everything will be alright soon.
Thamira tells "No Anna I have no worries now and more over I have become numb after facing so much obstacles, sadness and pains. Now I have reached a stable condition and I have developed some kind of new vengeance in my heart and it will not stop until I get back everything which I lost in my life so far and definitely I will win in this battle Anna"

Her brother supports her by telling" Don't worry Thamira I will be there for you to support you but within my limitations"
At this point Aadhilakshmi comes out in the balcony and tells him to stop pouring love to his sister at 12 in the night and shouts at him to come to bed and he says bye to Thamira and goes in. Thamira still standing there listening to the yelling of Aadhi to her husband and leaves from there.

( 👏 In the above scene both Thamira and her brother acted so naturally…especially when Thamira shows her determination in her mind… soooooooppppperu ma !!!!)

She enters in the warehouse ( 😕 some kind of a thriller movie type of music is going at the back ground which build up our curiosity)and looks for her things and she goes to a cupboard and unlocks it and so eagerly she opens the doors and there are some clothing hanging and one large brown color box with little brass decorations is sitting right in there. Looking at this box Thamira's face lightens up. She takes that box out (it looks like it is heavy) and keeps down and using a key from the bunch she opens it and stunned with happiness to see what is inside.

( 😊 in this scene we can not see the contents of the box but only we could see Thamira's face)

Thamira touches the stuff in the box and tells "Oh God, this is enough for me " She closes and locks the box and leaves back in the cupboard.

( 😛 she keeps watching the surrounding as if she keeps some secret things in that box)

Nithila wakes up and calls for mom and comes out of the room and looks for her. She comes out and finds her mom coming from the warehouse towards their house dragging a heavy cupboard all by herself. Nithila runs to her mom and gives her a helping hand and scolds her why should she do it all alone and that too at this hour and asks her what is in? Thamira convinces her by telling this is our stuff and your aunty had kept it in the warehouse so I thought of fetching it to our house since it contains some old things and files etc and may be of some use for them in future.

Both the mother and daughter are sleeping and Thamira dreams of some one chasing her and she sees a mask, bulls head etc and she was so scared in that dream. Her dream continues and some court scene goes on …a magistrate hitting the gavel on his desk and he reads some verdict while Thamira stands in the court stand and after that she is sitting in her jail cell. Next scene continues where Thamira is playing with three little girls and suddenly some men are chasing her and stabbing her at last. At this point Thamira jumps out of her bed shouting "Amma"and Nithi too wakes up and asks her whether she had a bad dream and Thamira says "Yes" and Nithi goes and brings water for Thamira to drink and Nithi makes her mom to sleep on her laps.

( 👎🏼 Preethi tries to show her expressions when she asks her mom about the dream…but mmmmm it looks so un natural hopefully she will improve in future…amma preethi neenga kattayama innum nalla pannanum!!!! )

It is already morning and the crystal clock alarm goes on and Nithi wakes up and calls her mom and she wasn't there. Nithi got up and started calling for mom and she came out and started walking to Adhi's house. She is walking and opening the gate and inside the house Thamira is mopping the marble floor …… oooppsss !!!

( 😊 remember she is supposed to start working as a servant maid in Adhi's house? )

Episode 10

In Aadhi's house Thamira is mopping the floor and she notices Nithi walking in and stops mopping and stands still as Aadhi comes and screams at her for not doing her work properly and orders her to go to the pooja room and clean up there. Quickly she hid the pail and mop in a corner and ran into the pooja room and started cleaning the Photos. Nithi comes and in asks the other old servant maid ( paattima) for her mom and paattima says that she is in the pooja room. Nithi comes and meets her mom and Thamira says that Aadhi asked her to help in pooja to be conducted that day but Nithi asks why should she do that when there is a servant maid. Thamira somehow persuades Nithi and tells her to go home and she will be there soon. Nithi leaves with a sulky face.


Thamira continues to clean the pooja room and came to a large Kuthu Vilakku which reminds her about the occasion….. when her husband brought the same lamp and kept in the same pooja room for Thamira and Thamira happily explains about all the benefits of keeping that kind of lamp in the house. Her eyes got filled as she sat down on the floor leaning her head on that lamp. Aadhi comes in and watches this and says " hello, are you immersed in the old memories ?" and Thamira says " no..no it is not that" But Aadhi continues to taunt her " these memories will ruin lives, your fate is not good and no one can do anything about that. In this house whatever you see it is going to remind you about your old life and you don't simply stand and stare like this …….your bad luck may fall on us too" Thamira with so much sadness tries to tell her something and starts " Lakshmi" and Aadhi interrupts " What? When I tell the truth is it pricking your heart? Actually bearing all this in my mind only I told not to keep you in the next door itself"
Thamira cries and tells " Lakshmi please never ever ask me to leave from here then I wont be able to live at all since my soul roams around this place only. Please let me be here as a servant for ever"
Aadhi responds" If you have any other unwanted thoughts in your mind you better throw them away from your mind , and always remember that you are just a servant maid ..understood?" Thamira says that she only thinks about her life with her husband and she does not have any other evil thoughts in her mind. Even after hearing all this Aadhi screams at her and reminds her that Thamira needs her mercy and if she continues to develop these dreams then it is dangerous for her. After warning Thamira like this Aadhi leaves.

In Ganapathy Granites office Shanth is on his cell ..( 😊 summa solla koodathu..he really acts like a kirukku) and a female voice tells that he should meet her at the beach at 5 in the evening and as he is telling "innikka innikka" the voice screams at him and tells him to disconnect. Adiyapatham is standing behind and overhears the conversation too. Shanth goes on telling Hello Hello..into his cell phone and Adiyapatham Tells him " if people disconnect the phone line on the other side you will not hear anything at all here". Shanth is surprised and tells " what is this she has started to talk like a male?"

( 😊 ha …ha…dumb…oh….dumb !!! but really funny )

Anyway he turns and sees .. and tells him that it was a wrong number!! Aadiapatham tells that he knows about all the wrong number calls coming to him and insists that Shanth should tell him where he is going since he has to be prepared to answer if his mom asks for him. So Shanth thinks for a second and tells him that he is going to meet the MD of MMB exports. And Aadiapatham shockingly tells Shanth that he just happened to attend the funeral of the MD of MMB exports last month. Shanth was so embarrassed and pleads Aadiapatham to tell his mom that he went to meet MMB export MD's son. Aadiapatham tells that his mom may call up and ask them whether you went there to meet them. But Shanth held his hands and again pleads him to tell something and manage the situation with his mom and runs away.

He drives into a beach area and parks his car and gets down with a bouquet and waits there. He watches two girls playing ball near the water. Meanwhile a woman comes and asks whether he wants to spend some fun time with her. Shanth warns her and tells her to leave. At this point he leaves the bouquet on the bonnet of the car and keeps watching those girls playing!!! There come two cows slowly and they start munching on the bouquet …shanth still watching the girls playing and not noticing his bouquet being eaten by the cows.

In Ganapathy Granites office Aadhi, her husband and Aadiapatham are in the prayer room. After the prayers Aadhi tells Aadiapatham.to tell Shanth to come home as soon as he comes back and Aadiapatham tells " Ganapathi today you are going to get all the firings from your mom"

( 😊 for a change Aadhi appears with a smiling face ..we see the real Nalini…..but why suddenly pooja room scene??? )

Ok…back to beach …Suddenly a hand with bangles comes right in front of Shanth's face.. twice… still he is so engrossed in the ball game…and when that hand hits him hard then he comes to his sense and a beautiful face appears in front of him. He stammers "LLa..la…Lalitha…..oh…you?" and she says " yes it is me ..are you waiting for someone else?"…

( 😊 😃 she is wearing sindoor which is symbolic for married women…and also a black bead mangal suthra ??!!!ayo….??ore kuzhappama irukkemma!!!_)

Shanth says " Che Che..I am waiting for you only" without even turning back he takes the bouquet and gives to her telling
" wish you many more happy returns of the day…." She notices the bouquet has no flowers but some stems only….and asks him what was that? He still is not seeing it as his eyes are only to her face….and he looks at the bouquet and shocked and tells " what happened when I brought it here it was so big and now it is like this?" Lalitha says" mmmm…maadu meinjiruchu" and she grabs the so called bouquet and smashes on the sand and asks him what he was doing even without noticing cows eating the flowers. He thinks for a while and tells that he was watching some boats. And Lalitha turns and saw no boats but two girls playing ball and she got so angry.

She starts walking on the sand telling him " I know about you very well, you don't even think about me …che" and Shanth running behind her calling Lallu Lallu and she sits there and Shanth also sits beside her and tells " Lalitha please please listen to me. there is no fault with me" and Lalitha asks him for how many days would he go on telling the same answer and she tells that she can not wait anymore like this and some decision to be taken immediately. Shanth says " please don't be in a hurry in this matter and I don't know how to present this to Amma" Lalitha tells if he waits like this for ever nothing can happen.Shanth tries to persuade her by telling " Lalitha please don't worry every thing will be alright soon" And Lalithat says that she has no trust in his words anymore. Shanth begs to her holding her chin " Please listen to me ..please look at me" She says " Summa irunga"……

As this happens two police men come there and tell them to stop behaving like this in public place and tell them to come to the police station. They both tried to explain and they say that they are married couple. But the police took them to the station where the interrogation continues by another Inspector. Shanth and Lalitha repeatedly tell that they are married. The officer asks them if they are married couple why did they go to the beach and started behaving like lovers. Lalitha gets angry and tells him to mind his words and also tells him that they did not do any thing like that and she tells that due to her mother in law they are living separately though they are married.
( ok….this solves my head ache of Lalitha sindoor and mangalsuthra…mm)

That is why sometimes they meet each other to discuss this. Hearing this the police officer says he will believe this story if any one from home comes and tells him. Shanth tells that it is not possible to call home since his mom does not know about their secret meetings. But Lalitha screams at him and asks him to call his mom and he was so scared to call but Lalitha took his cell phone and started dialing……..
(what is going to happen when Aadhi comes to know about it??? And how can Aadhi and her husband are trying to arrange another marriage for Shanth……kuzhappam after kuzhappam….let's wait and see

In the police station the inspector insists that someone should come from their house and tell that they are married. Shanth tells that it is not possible to call home since his mom does not know about their secret meetings. But Lalitha screams at him and asks him to call his mom and he was so scared to call but Lalitha took his cell phone and started dialing……..the telephone rings and Aadhi picks up. Lalitha tells "athe ..I am Lalitha here" and Aadhi got shocked and tells " why are you calling here and who asked you to call here" and Lalitha responds by telling that inspector asked me to call you. Aadhi shouts at her by asking how dare she was to go to the police station to complain about her.
Lalitha tells her to stop talking as usual and she also reveals that she and Shanth went to the beach that day. Aadhi's face shows all kinds of shocking expressions and Lalitha continues to tell that when they went to the beach police suspected them and brought them to the station and if Aadhi comes to the station police will leave them. Aadhi says" karumam…karumam…as a family girl how come you went to the police station? You made my innocent son to go to the police station. If you don't have any self respect it doesn't mean we too don't…have it..ok? and with whose permission you took my son to the beach…ha?"…Lalitha says that going to the beach is the finished matter and if Aadhi wants her son back just go to the beach police station and pick him up…here ends the phone conversation between daughter in law and the mother in law.

( 😊 👏 summa solla koodathunga…Lalitha also acts well too………preethi (nithi) do you hear what I just said????)

Aadhi after disconnecting the phone turns and screams out " ennagaaaaaaaa"…next second we see her husband entering the police station. Shanth is happily telling Lalitha " appa…..appa has come" He asks his dad whether his mom has come. When he heard that she did not come he was happy. His father goes and introduces himself to the inspector as Sundara Ganapathy the MD of Ganapathy Granites and he also tells the inspector that Shanth is his son and Lalitha is his daughter in law.

( 😳 Ammadiyo….at last I came to know his name…..!!!!)

At this point Shanth jumps in and tells " Sir didn't I tell you…you see …this is my son ( 😳 he is pointing to his dad 😕 ) and this is wife" and Sundaram gets annoyed with him. Shanth so innocently asks Lalitha that why his dad gets angry with him unnecessarily !!!

( 😆 ha ha…aang..one more thingy !! I forgot to mention before….sorry….hi…hi.. Shanth has his own style of dressing…he always wears a shirt which is a little longer than his coat and never inserts his shirt…so it looks do funny.. 😛 )

Sundara tells the inspector that they had brought Shanth and Lalitha by mistake. But Inspector responds that it is not by mistake. there are a lot of nuisance cases going on , more over Shanth was answering in a suspicious manner which forced them to arrest. Anyway Sundara brings them out and Lalitha looks very sad and she cries and walks to the car when Sundara asks her why they should go to the beach like this. Lalitha burst out crying and asks him why can't they go to beach etc …as a married couple going to places is not a crime and she also tells that it was very important to her to meet Shanth that day since it is her birthday. She complains that her mother in law will never let them to live together and Sundara promises to her that he will definitely help to unite them and Lalitha says it will never happen since Shanth is like this. They all leave in the same car.

Shanth opens the door slowly and only his head comes in…and he asks his dad to come in and also assures to his dad that his mom is not to be seen around. Sundara tells him to eat something before going to bed but Shanth refuses and he like a thief climbs the stairs and enters his room and happily with a big sigh closes the door behind him….and screams…" ayo amma" and there Aadhi is sitting on a rocking chair and she screams at him accuses him that he along with his wife spoiled the family's name and asks him since how long these secret meetings going on. She also warns him that if she wants Lalitha then he can pack his bag and leave the house right away. Hearing all this Shanth becomes so scared and promises to Aadhi that he will never do like this again. Aadhi leaves the room after screaming at him one more time…..

It is morning and Sundara Ganapathy is watering the plants in the garden with water hose and there come Nithila and she asks her uncle why should he do the gardener's work. Sundara tells that he is out in the garden purposely since he wants to avoid having conversation at this time with Aadhi since she is not in a good mood at all. Nithi smiles and tells him that she wants to talk with him about his mom. Sundara gets puzzled hearing this . Nithila wants to know what is bothering her mom and she also tells about Thamira's restless sleep and having nightmares etc. Sundara consoles her by telling that some people can not sleep in a new place in new surroundings etc. But Nithila answers to him that this place is not new to amma. At this point Sundara tells Nithi that Thamira will be worried if she comes to know that Nithi is worried about her telling this he requests Nithila not to talk about this to her mom and also promises to her that he will talk to Thamira soon.

In Lalitha's house, she is sitting at the dining table and her mom ( 😕 yet to know the character name but her real name is Varalakshmi who is playing as Swarna in Surya serial..she is very pretty for her age….ennaga…. ungal azhagin ragasiyam?? 👏 ) is serving food and her dad is peeling some oranges and keeps them in her plate and both of them are forcing her to eat. At this point a car comes screeching and stops in front of Lalitha's house and there comes Aadhi out of the car and walks inside. Lalitha's parents never noticed Aadhi's arrival and Aadhi comes in and tells sarcastically " yeah…yeah nalla ootty vidunga….nalla thinnuttu kozhuppu eduthu poyee ooru suthittu varava"….hearing this Lalitha's parents are shocked. And Aadhi insists that they should ask their daughter where she went last night. At this point a Pattyma comes out telling ( This Lalitha's Paatty I guess) we know where she went last night and who she met etc. But Aadhi asks them whether they all know about police taking Lalitha to the Police Station. Hearing this Lallitha's parents was shocked. And Aadhi continues to taunt Lalitha by telling " yesterday she took my son to the beach and they both behaved so indecently behind a boat and police had arrested them"……all this time Lalitha was trying her best to control her tongue but…when Aadhi accuses her like this she got up from her seat like a storm and started telling something…….and the episode ends……!!!!!

( 😭 😭 I hope she will give Aadhi nicely.......not all maamiyars are like this......after all!!! 😭 😭 )

Episode 12

Aadhi taunts Lalitha by telling "yesterday she took my son to the beach and they both behaved so indecently behind a boat and police had arrested them" Hearing this Lallitha's parents and patty were shocked. Lalitha answers back to Aadhi "Summa don't tell we were behaving badly at the beach etc.More over is your son a baby. If he is that great why should he come after me?"

( 👍🏼 😊Lalitha Nallave nadikkaranga….….marubadiyum sollanumbola irunthathunga…..hi…hi…!! kill me ..😊 )

Aadhi tells "when you hear the truth the anger simply bubble in you? If you are that good why didn't you tell your parents about what happened last night?" Lalitha says that it is her wish whether she wants to tell anything at all to her parents. Aadhi continues…that Lalitha spoils the family's name. She asks Lalitha's parents to stop Lalitha from meeting her son like a thief and more over they don't need her relationship at all. Lalitha replies "who is a thief? We are like this because of you only and don't you ever forget that we both are husband and wife. Moreover I can not be like your son, until now he is so scared of you. You have brought him up as a worm and not like a man and you are coming here to threaten me too!!?" Aadhi became so furious and asks Lalitha why she regards her own husband as a worm. Lalitha stops her by telling " do not just blame me alone and what kind of a mother are you who can not see her son living happily?" Hearing this Lalitha's patty supports her and again Aadhi gets angry. Lalitha tells that her patty talks like this because she values the relationships unlike Aadhi who treats her son like a slave. Aadhi turns to Lalitha's parents and blames them that they did not bring their daughter well. Lalitha's dad asks Aadhi about her bringing up her son and he also tells that his daughter's life has become like a hell. At this point Aadhi warns them not to dream of mesmerizing her innocent son and swindle all her money and if Lalitha tries to meet Shanth one more time she will put the whole family in the prison and she would never allow them to live together anymore.!!!!!….etc etc…At last she leaves

( 😭 😭ayo kadavule….never ending story!!!!Ekka chakka chakka chakkamana kaatu kathal……😭)

Lalitha's patty tells it is good that Lalitha came here and she will not go back to that house anymore. Lalitha quickly responds that she never told that she will go back to Aadhi's house but to live with her husband……

( 😛amma ….Lalitha neenga engeyo poiteenga😛)

Aadhi is back in their house and she is hysterically shouting to her husband " Look I don't want Lalitha anymore in this house. Let her be in her dad's house only. She is doing all this since she has a status of Shanth's wife. So I have to see that her Thaali is taken off from her neck. Call the lawyer right away to file a divorce case " Sundara tells her that it is not correct to do that and he pleads to her not to call the lawyer but Aadhi herself picks up the phone and started dialing and she asks " Who is this …Lawyer??"

(😆 Poor Sundara……vaayillatha poooooochi……mmm😆 )

On his office table Shanth is practically lying and singling the sad song " manaivi amaivathellam ….iraivan kodutha varam….manathu mayagi enna….enakkum vazhvu varum…… at this point Aadiyabatham enters and asks him why he is crying. Shanth complains that his whole life has come to an end and he tells Aadiyapatham that it is very for a person to live his whole life as a bachelor but it is so hard to be a bachelor even after the marriage.Aadiyapatham consoles him while Shanth asks him for some idea to come over this problem……Aadiapatham starts to think….and suddenly came with some name like "operation sella" …and Shanth wonders about this. Aadiapatham tells him that is the name of their plan…and if he does according to that plan he can make Aadhi to forgive Lalitha and reunite them too…….hearing this Shanth becomes so excited….

Aadhi is in the garden and here come Kalpana (at last I found her name….she is the girl who is going to marry Selva…according to Aadhi…???yet not sure about this) and her mom Maragatham. ( Kalpana is Aadhi's own brother's daughter ) They explain that they came to discuss about the Thiruthani Temple trip and Kalpana wants to talk to Selva. Aadhi asks Kalpana about what she wants to talk to Selva and Kalpana says that it is her policy that she will talk to Selva directly not to Aadhi…….

(😎 ha ha…I love this character. I really hope that she marries Selva and teaches Aadhi a lesson…..!!!!!)😎

As they are talking like this Thamira and Nithi come and Maragatham asks about Thamira and Aadhi tells sarcastically that Thamira just returned from Andaman by that time Thamira came nearer. Kalpana asks how they are related…..Thamira says that she is Sundara anna's chinnamma ponnu and she is Kalpana's Periyamma. Aadhi shows all kinds faces as she does not enjoy Thamira's company. Nithila and Kalpana say hi to each other and Nithi invites Kalpana to their house. Aadhi reminds Kalpana that she should go and meet Selva if not he will go out somewhere.

Selva is sitting and writing something in his room. Kalpana enters in and says" Hi mama,….hey are you shocked to see me here?" Selva says "no..no…please sit down".Kalpana asks Selva whether he knows the reason for her visit there….she pauses and tells that she wants to tell him some thing important. And Selva tells her that even he has some important thing to tell her. Kalpana was happy to hear that and she starts to tell something and then she pauses and starts walking up and down and Selva becomes impatient and asks her what is the matter and tell it fast. Kalpana asks him why in a hurry and she doubtfully asks him whether she is disturbing him. He says..no ..no not at all. At this point Kalpana tells him that " mama…what I wanted to tell you I will tell it later on. not right now because I don't want to rush and talk about this…..even though I am a very broadminded person still I am a female and it is not easy to tell this….( 😉she shows some vekkam expression on her face and in her voice too!!!😉) She requests him to tell first. And Selva starts with a confused look " Athu vandu Kalpana….what I want to tell you is ………

( 😉I think he is in love with Nithila and Kalpana likes Selva but not in love with him……let us wait and see….😉.)

Episode 13

October 11, 2006

Kalpana and Selva are trying to have some conversation in Selva's room. He wanted to tell something to Kalpana and he starts off….."athu vandhu Kalpana….." by his time his cell phone rings and he picks up and it was about some official thing. The call ends and he again tries to start ……and this time Kalpana's phone rings and she picks up and talks .

( 😉 😉ada pongaiya!!!!!….summa oru topic pesa ivlo nerama……pottu odaikka vendiyathuthaane…..dam doom dammar dumil appadeennu….hi…hi…..😉 😉)

Aadhi comes in from the garden and Sundara is waiting near the phone and he tells that just now some call came and got disconnected so he is waiting for them to call again. Aadhi asks where the others are. Sundara tells that Maragatham ( Kalpana's mom) is in the garden talking to Subbiah and Kalpana is up in Selva's room. Hearing this Aadhi gets furious and tells " ayo..you don't have any brain at all…if she talks to Selva he is going to tell that he is not interested in this marriage etc etc….and more over I have developed some colorful dream about this relationship which will benefit us so much and I think you will spoil every thing…bla…bla"

(😡 emma…Aadhi…at last ..correct aha onnu sonnenga…...avarukku konjamavathu brain iruntha poyum poyum ungala kalyanam panni iruppara amma..........😡)

Kalpana is still talking and the call ends…..she tells that it was her friend. She suggests to Selva that it is better if they both switch off their cell phones and Selva agrees to this and they both switch off their phones. And again Selva starts " what I want to tell you is……..sssssssssssss" Aadhi barges in and asks Kalpana what you both are talking and also asks whether Selva told anything about the marriage. Kalpana replies that he just started and you came. Hearing this Aadhi was satisfied…and she drags Kalpana from that room by telling so sweetly…Selva is busy….they can talk later…they can go to beach or park and talk etc etc…..

Thamira is walking out of a Temple with so much of confused and sad face. Here comes Sundara and says " I know you will be here , since I can not talk to you at my place I thought I will come here to discuss with you. I feel ashamed of myself that being a brother I am not able to do anything for you at all and not even able to say a word against Aadhi" But Thamira consoles him telling that it is so great of him allowing her to live in that house and about Aadhi…she tells that it is her character to shout otherwise she is ok.
Sundara praises her for her understanding and forgiving nature. He also tells about Nithi's worries about Thamira . Thamira tells " May be she is worried seeing me struggling to sleep peacefully and she continues to tell about her dream…..she is playing with three kids and some people chasing her and stabbing her with a knife etc etc etc.

Hearing this Sundara tells that this confusion of Thamira's mind is due to her inability to forget what happened to her in the past. And tells her to forget everything and continue her normal life. Thamira tells that she is worried about Nithila asking her about her past life which she can not tell her daughter. Sundara tells her that under any circumstances she should not let Nithi know about her past life…because she is young and she can not take it and more over after 20 years of separation now only she is happy with Thamira so he tells her again and again not to tell anything to Nithila.

Sundara requests her not to think of herself as a servant maid sine she is made to work there. Thamira tells that house is like a temple to her and she is so proud to serve in that temple and she asks him not to worry about that. Sundara tells that he is so appalled by Aadhi's treatment towards Thamira and Thamira tells that she does not care about any of her shouting since she knows Aadhi so well and she also consoles Sundara by telling that one day Aadhi also will become a very understanding wife.

(😎 when? ….How? Never….……no way…….enna Thamira joke ellam solla aarambichiteenga…😎.)

Nithila in sitting near the garden and trying to read some book but she is not able to concentrate as she keeps thinking of some old incidents and she is lost in those thoughts such as….her mom dragging a big cupboard and the conversation….Nithi finding her mom cleaning the Pooja room in Aadhi's house…..and her mom waking up in the middle of the night screaming…she is immersed in these thoughts and meanwhile Selva is watching her from the balcony. He comes down and asks whether she is totally lost somewhere…and she says nothing like that and she tells him it is him who is always lost in some thoughts and tension after coming back from the office every single day and he keeps thinking about something…so he has to see a psychiatrist.

( 😡ok...... Selva is not in love with Nithi ….but with some one who is Bangalore…ha….see I am so clever….I know things…..ha ha !!)😡

Selva smiles and tells that…his psychiatrist is in Bangalore and that is why he is planning to go to Bangalore that day and then he will be ok. Nithila asks…what does he mean and Selva manages by telling…"no..no…I mean to say that my business is Bangalore and that is the reason I told like that. Just for a day only I am going and after that I will be ok..and you only always appears to be like a Seetha who is lost in the Ashoka Jungle" Nithi replies that. she is immersed in thoughts of her mom and she is worried that her mom is trying to hide her worries from her. AT this point a car comes in and Aadhi emerges out of it with a cruel smile and she chases away Selva from there telling that he should get ready to go to Bangalore.

Aadhi screams at Nithila and she accuses her of trying to snatch away her son and she warns that never dream of getting closer to her son anymore so that both mom and daughter will swindle their property and money. Nithila shockingly says that her mom is not like that and she will never be after the money. Aadhi says " Eh…EH…what do you know about your mother. after all you were away and never lived with her.. then how will you know that your mother is capable of snatching anything from anybody…anyway I warn you again….about coming closer to my son….u better bear this in your mind always"….Nithila stands still shocked…..!!!!

Episode 14

October 12, 2006

Aadhi and Nithila are having conversation in the garden. Aadhi says " Eh…EH…what do you know about your mother. after all you were away and never lived with her.. then how will you know about her? your mother is capable of snatching anything from anybody…anyway I warn you again….about coming closer to my son….u better bear this in your mind always"….Nithila stands still shocked…..!!!!

Aadhi leaves and Nithila walks in to her house crying and she sits and starts thinking of her young age in Aadhi's house with Young Selva. Young Nithila ( may be say 3 or 4 years old) is playing in the garden and Young boy Selva is calling her from the balcony to play ball with her. Young girl Nithila jumps happily and climbs the stairs when Aadhi comes with her urunda kannu and screams at her and asks her who taught her to call Selva as mama and continues her usual screaming…bla….bla….blsa…and nachinu oru kottu on Nithi's head…..( ouch !!!!!! )

Nithila still is immersed in those thoughts and starts crying so bitterly and at last she gets up and washes her face and starts looking for her mom and since she can not find Thamira she thought she would look in Aadhi's house and goes there. She enters the house and starts walking in the hall and at last she reaches the back years and she was shocked to see Thamira there sitting down with paatima ( the old servant maid) and washing the big vessels…like kudams ,andas…sombus etc.

( 😆why so many paathiram…it looks like paathira kadai….😆)

Nithila slowly walks to them while Aadhi from the balcony shouts " Rajamma…ungalaithaan…can't you hear me ) At this point Nithila quickly goes behind a bushy plant .Aadhi and others can not see her but she can see Thamira and Rajamma. Aadhi continues her yelling" Rajamma who asked to help Thamira when you have some other work in the house!! You don't have to help her..Thamira can do even three peoples job at one time….go inside and do your assigned work" Rajamma paatima goes inside and Thamira continues to wash the vessels. Nithila watches her mom meanwhile she hears each and every single word from Aadhi. She was shocked and sad. Meanwhile Thamira by mistake drops a sombu while washing…there she goes…Aadhi starts "eh…..eh..why are you showing your anger to all my vessels" And Thamira says that it just fell off. Aadhi yells" how can a vessel will fall by itself if

do your work here with the thought in your mind that you are just a servant maid here everything will be alright." Nithila simply stares looking up to Aadhi and Thamira is sweating and still continues her work with tears. Nithila watches all this. From the balcony Aadhi continues" endi since you are thinking that you are the ejammani of this house you need another assistant to do this job. At the end of the month you will come and stand in front of me for your wages right? So you better do your work properly without being told every time like this. You finish washing the vessels fast and come inside one mountain of clothes is waiting to be washed" Poor Nithila, shock after shock and she simply could not control burst out crying….so she quickly runs away from there.

( 👏 👏 al last Preethi - Nithila is trying to bring out some acting. Keep trying Preethi…good job!!!! 👏 👏)

Thamira is crying silently and tears keep rolling ( 👍🏼 👍🏼as usual superb expression and even it makes the viewers eyes get fills !!!!! 👍🏼 👍🏼 ) and Nithila is lost in her thoughts as she walks in the garden where she finds Rajamma paatti drying something in the sun. Nithi goes to her and she asks about her mom's position in that house. Paattima hesitate to answer but when Nithila insists she tells that Thamira is just a servant maid and even she can not tolerate the way Thamira is treated by Aadhi. She requests Nithila not to ask anymore than this and she leaves.

Nithila is in her house still thinking of all that happened and Thamira enters in with a smiling face and she goes to the dining table and opens the dishes and notices that the food is not touched and she asks Nithila why she did not eat yet. Nithila simply stares at her mom and Thamira asks why she is looking at her like that as if she is seeing for the first time. Nithila says " here every day so many new things are happening again and again and in the midst of that I am searching for my mother. Isn't it so sad that the own daughter does not know anything about her own mother….isn't it strange mother? Amma do you think of me as your own daughter or not?" Thamira asks her why she is talking this way. Nithila answers," amma I am not talking like this but you are the one who forces me t talk like this. Why can't you just tell what is in your mind openly to me? Why there is so much distance between the mother and the daughter? When people talk about my mother I feel so helpless why is like that mom? If you tell me everything when others talk about you I can proudly say to them that I know everything …right? Why should we play hide seek like this ..you are not telling me anything and you stop me from asking anything to anybody…why…why is it like this amma? Please tell me"

Thamira asks whether anybody told her anything. And Nithila comes to the point straight and asks her mom " are you a servant maid in Athai's house?" Thamira becomes so shocked and manages by telling " I simply helps out in everything there since Aadhi has High BP and hence she can not do much of household work, Rajamma Paati is old and moreover Sundara mama has helped us so much in so many ways. I am doing all this just to show our gratitude to them ..that is all"

Nithila burst out and says " there is so much of difference between helping people and working for people. Amma please tell me the truth at least now without hiding anything from me" Thamira says that there nothing like that to be hidden. Nithi asks if it is then why she hid the fact of her working as a servant. Thamira now comes down…and tells that she was waiting for the correct time to tell Nithi. Nithi say "ok…now is the correct time so you can start telling me the truth" Thamira admits that she works as a servant maid and there is nothing wrong in it. They need money until Nithi finishes her college and after that she will not do this. Nithi becomes angry and asks " appo didn't you save anything at all in Andaman? What happened to all your earnings? What work were you doing in Andaman?"

(😲 😲 😲 Oh my god !!!!!! question after questions. which comes like bullets….Thamira amma…neenga enna seya poreenga? 😲 😲 😲 )

Episode 15

Nithila continues with her countless questions to her mom at last she asks Thamira what job she was doing in Andaman. Thamira says not any thing big at all and because she did not like that job she came back .She consoles Nithila not to worry about her job as a servant maid and after all she is working only in Athai & Mama's house only. Nithila says " Amma you only always think them as your relatives but anot that Aadhi Lakshmi athai. Yesterday when I was sitting and thinking about you Selva mama came to talk to me and seeing this Athai talked to me so mean. She asks me whether I am trying to trap her son as per your instructions. You are just waiting to snatch their property and waiting for a chance it seems. More over you are fond of other people's property …sollaraanga…
And your entire aim of living itself is to snatch away from people anything and anyone…
….sollaraanga…….and she also told that I don't know any thing about you and she only know everything about you. Amma what is that ammma …please tell me"

( 👏 👏 Preethi is improving…………she acts better when she show sadness on her face…. 👏 👏 )

Thamira manages the situation by telling her to ignore all these talks which come from a person out of anger. More over if we start taking meaning for all words spoken out of anger then there will not be any peace for any one at all. Nithi bursts out with anger and tells her that there is no need to for Thamira to work there. Thamira asks her to trust her and there should be some reason for anything she does. She also asks her to leave this matter forever. Nithi is stands there with a confused face.

Thamira is busy in the kitchen Nithi is trying to study but she can not. She comes in the kitchen and offers her help but Thamira refuses and drags her to the hall and tells Nithi to sit there until she finishes her cooking. But Nithi does not allow her to go and she pulls her hand and asks her to sit next to her and tells that she wants to cook one day a whole meal for her mother. But Thamira says nothing doing until she finishes her studies and after that she can do all that and also she will teach her to cook before her marriage.

In Aadhi's house as usual Aadhi is shouting at her poor husband. Her brother and his wife Maragatham enter the hall and ask Aadhi whether they are all ready to go to Thiruthani temple. Aadhi says that they are almost ready and she screams for Rajamma paati and when paatti comes in Aadhi asks to call Thamira immediately.

In Thamira's house both mother and daughter were so happy at the dining table and they serve food to each other and are about to eat and Paattima comes and tells that Aadhi wants Thamira immediately there. Thamira stops eating and is about to get up but Nithi tells her that she can go after having the food. But Thamira says she will be back soon and tells Nithi to have food. She leaves with Rajamma paati. Nithi is sad and she also stops eating and washes her hand in a vessel of water kept on the table. I forgot to tell that Thamira also washed her hand in the same vessel…

( 👎🏼 👎🏼 ……ayo…..ayo….enna pazhakkamunga...instant wash basin on the saappattu table???? That is disgusting…..????!!!!! 😡 😡 )

In front of her house Aadhi is restlessly waiting for Thamira. She is holding a pattu saree in her hand. Thamira rushes to Aadhi and Aadhi screams at her asking" is this the way you wash pattu sarees? Don't you know how to do this properly? You don't do your work here sincerely…..( at this point Nithi comes and stands near the gate and she can see them both talking and hear them too) I know that you work here just for the namesake only …ha…..eh…..who gave you permission to go back to your house? I don't pay you to spend your sweet time with your daughter….have you cleaned the rooms upstairs? I have already told you that people are visiting us from the in laws place and asked you to clean the room…why didn't you do that yet? Thamira says that she will do that right away and goes in. Nithi is back inside her house and sitting and thinking about her mom's helpless situation and she is so angry!!!!

Thamira is in a room with a broom stick. She covers her head with a cloth before she starts climbing on a stool to clean ….and suddenly her legs slip and she is falling………

October 16, Monday

Since Aadhi insists that the guests rooms should be cleaned right away Thamira starts the cleaning with a broom stick. She covers her head with a cloth before she starts her cleaning job. Aadhi is in a hurry to leave to the Thiruthani temple with others. Thamira climbs on a high stool with a broom and accidentally drops some ceramic things and they break into pieces. Thamira got worried and however continues to dust and loses the balance and falls.

Hearing this Rajamma Paatti rushes there and finds Thamira is collapsed on the floor and she rushes to bring water. Meanwhile Aadhi hears some commotion and rushes there too. By the time Paattima is helping Thamira and trying to give some water to Thamira but Thamira is still unconscious

Aadhi enters the room seeing all this and she is more worried about the broken stuff than Thamira. Paattima says Thamira is unconscious but Aadhi asks her not to worry about Thamira and nothing will happen to her and also asks Paattima to clear everything fast and she was murmuring so much as she reaches the gate where Sundara, Aadhi's brother and Maragatham are waiting. Sundara asks about the noise upstairs and Aadhi replies that Thamira has broken so much ceramic stuff. Hearing this Sundara asks whether Thamira is hurt and Aadhi as usual stares and screams at him and asks everyone to get into the van and she says it is already late to go to Thiruthani Temple. The van slowly leaves.

( so mean of Aadhi…I feel like giving a tight slap on her face…….what does this mean…Nalini acted so well to irritate me this much…..ammma….good job )

Subbiah & Rajamma Paatima

Paatima rushes to Subbiah who is working in the garden and tells him that Thamira fell down and has fainted and she asks him to come upstairs to help out. They both rush to Thamira but …still no sign of Thamira waking up!!!!! And Poor Subbiah runs down calling " Aya ….Aya…" but the van already left the gate and sped off. Then he runs to Nithila and hearing this Nithila rushes to her mom and Subbiah brings an auto and Thamira is taken to the hospital.

Next thing we see is …Thamira in the ICU. Nithila is walking up and down in the corridor restlessly. She peeps thru the glass door and Thamira is with Oxygen mask and a lot of tubes are attached to drips and other machines and she is struggling to breathe.

Nithila is still waiting there and a nurse comes and tells her that her mom needs a surgery and she has to pay 10,000 Rs immediately to the cash counter. Nithila stands still for a while and she runs to the coin phone and starts calling Selva, Aadiyapaatham in the office but she could not get thru and again when she tried she got the Ganapathy Granite Office and she leaves a message about her mom and the name of the hospital she is admitted and requests them to tell Aadiyapaatham or Sundara to reach the hospital as soon as they get her message.

Poor Nithila.......really romba paavam da....😭


Nithila feels so helpless…and she comes home by an auto and tells Subbiah and paattima about the 10 000 Rs payment to be made to the hospital and she tells them that she would go inside her house and search for whatever money they have got. Hearing this Subbiah and Paattima say they also will see how much they have got. Nithila searches every handbags etc for money and she managed to collect 2000 Rs and paattima gives 1000 and Subbiah also gives some amount.



(What a nice people……!!!! )

Nithila is touched by their action and she thanks them. She tells that she wants to sell her bangles and rings for the balance amount. But Subbiah says that he knows a pawn broker and she can pawn the jewels and not to sell. They both reach the pawn broker and got Rs 6000 from him and Nithila reaches the hospital with the money.

As she was counting the money a nurse comes and gives a list of medicines to be bought and she asks NIthila to buy the medicines and hand over to her as soon as possible. Nithila is confused and somehow she manages to reach the Pharmacy counter and shocked to hear the price of the medicines which is Rs 4890 and she asks so helplessly that is it ok if she buys only half of the medicines….but the pharmacist tells that they are very important medicines and she has to buy the whole lot. Nithila does not have any other options but to pay the whole amount. She quickly grabs the medicine bag and hands it to the nurse. Nithila informs the nurse that due to the purchase of the medicines she will not be able to pay the whole amount but the nurse tells her not to worry about that and she also informs that some one has already paid the whole amount. The nurse points at Selva and says that he is the one who paid. Nithila was so happy to see Selva and thanks him for his timely help. Selva says that he just came back from Bangalore and paattima and Subbiah told about the whole story and he rushed to the hospital with money.

They both walk to the operation theater area and wait there for the doctor meanwhile Sundara and Aadiapaatham come in and join Selva and Nithi. Sundara hands some money to Nithila and asks her to keep it which can be used fro other hospital expenses.

( oh….my god….when Aadhi comes to know about this money and the money Selva paid….what is going to happen………….god have mercy on Sundara and Selva)

Episode 17

The doctor comes out of the OT and Sundara asks about Thamira and the doc says that the operation went on well and she has to rest. Sundara asks the doc "that means there will not be any more complications right?" Doctor says that there is nothing to worry about this fall since the surgery will take care of everything but Thamira has a Brain Tumor since long time……….????!!!!!! Nithi and others are shocked to hear………

(Actually the doc says in her brain there is a TB katti irrukku and I guess English translation for that is Brain Tumor …correct??)

Doc says that to dissolve the tumor a lot of medicines are given and she has to be on medication continuously and she needs to take a lot of rest. Now everything is in patient's hands only. She should strain herself physically and mentally and she should be always kept relaxed and free of tensions. That is very important. Telling all this doc leaves.

Sundara consoles Nithila and asks her to take care of Thamira well and he also adds that Nithila is Thamira's full strength and be with Thamira always. He leaves with Aadiapatham but before he leaves he tells Nithila that he has to go home since Aadhi doesn't know that he came to the hospital.

Aadhi shouts at Sundara & Selva

In Aadhi's house she is walking up and down restlessly ….. Sundara and Selva enters….they try to avoid talking to her and starts to walk to the stairs. But Aadhi stops them and screams at them for going out without telling her. She asks where they both went and Sundara tells that they went just simply out….but Aadhi tells that she knows everything about their visit to the hospital. AT this point Selva talks boldly, admitting that they went to the hospital to visit Thamira Athai and he asks what is wrong in helping her. Aadhi screams to top of her voice and tells that both father and son brought the mother and daughter from no where to here and see what happened…she is in the hospital and God only knows how much you both will spend on her. All our property will be spent on her only. Sundara convince her that nothing like that will happen and their property will never get over just like that. Aadhi says, " appanna alleetu poyee kottunga" Sundara asks Aadhi why she is talking like that and Aadhi why she did not tell about Thamira's falling and fainting before they left to Thiruthani temple though she knew about it and he says it is wrong on her part to treat Thamira this way and why is her heart has become like stone in Thamira's matter. Aadhi replies that she did not tell purposely since she thought they all will run to the hospital then the temple visit could not have taken place. Sundara asks that what the use in going to temple is if they can not help a wounded person in the family. Aadhi says "what so ever you all went and visited her with so much love right….so what is the point in talking about all this…you both go from here….summa pesarathukku vanthuttanga….hmmmm!!!"

Nithila talking with the doctor

Nithila is sitting in the corridor in the hospital and a nurse comes and tells her that doctor wants to see her and Nithi goes into the doc's room. Doctor says that due to the lump in the brain she is starting to lose some brain activities and he asks whether she had severe headache in the past. But Nithi so helplessly answers that she does not know anything at all since she was not with her and her mom was in Andaman. Doc continues to tell that they have her medicines to dissolve the lump and she will be alright soon but you have to take care of her well and see that she will not strain herself for anything at all. She asks doc's permission
to see her mom and the doctor agrees to that and tells her to go to the post operative care ward to see her. Nithi leaves doctor's room.

Nithila enters Thamira's room and Thamira is still unconscious. Nithi sits at the edge of her mom's bed and stares at her and holding hands she tells that God does not have any mercy on them …she was waiting for her mom to come and she wanted to spend more time with her mom …but not even 6 days past happily …all this happened…she cries so bitterly….and she asks is there God at all and if so they why so much injustice to them….and she asks Thamira ( though Thamira is still sleeping) what kind of worried she is keeping in her mind and why can't she tell that to her.



She cries and tells" mama ..please tell me and I will bear all your worries and pain…but please tell me mama….." At this point she gets up and pulls a stool and puts by the side of Thamira's bed and she keeps her head on Thamira's knees and she stares at her mom and cries…after some time she sleeps off in the same position.

Suddenly she feels some movement in Thamira's body and wakes up to find Thamira is trying to open her eyes. And she goes sits near her …Thamira opens her eyes and tells some thing…softly…" Nithila"…After some time of struggle she starts to see everything clearly including Nithi and she asks Nithila what happened to her. Nithi says that nothing happened to her seriously she just fell off in Thai's house and fainted. At this point Thamira tries to recollect her fall in Aadhi's house… And Thamira says that she can not even move. Nithi says that they have done on her a small surgery and asks her not to talk and to take rest.

Thamira asks her about Selva and Sundara and Nithi says that they all just left and again asks Thamira to sleep without worrying so many things. Thamira asks how she manages with hospital expenses and Nithi says that it is all taken care of and insists that Thamira should sleep and asks her to close her eyes…and Thamira slowly slips into deep sleep…
