Before RK asked for Bittuji to seek a lawyers services, he had a flashback of Madhu saying she didn't want him to interfere with Shamsher Malik and her mother's relation it was pure and fine the way it was. Despite the flashback he had when he entered the house we saw that possibly he intends to go through with her condition, to say sorry to his mother and make up with her. He has not spoken to Radhaji for many years, possibly 14 years, he asked after her health and what medicine she was taking.

So possibly the lawyer is to start formal divorce proceedings for Padmini from her first husband. Then he should find out who she is married to, the same producer he has signed with for Trishna's first film.

Or it could be to transfer his wealth to his mother when they leave. But i'm more inclined its for Padmini's divorce as he knows she's married before, perhaps check if the first husband is still alive and divorce proceedings.

RK asked for lawyer to see the legal proceedings of divorcee between Padmini and Balraj.

RK is very smart regarding many things. I can't understand why he is not tackling Dipali and see to that she can't interfere too much in his and Madhus lives.

The biggest danger which is coming upfront in the lives of Madhu and RK will be Balraj and Dipali.

Nafs you know what i think - rk will give all his property to his mom which in turn will give to kuku as she consider herself very weak. Then may be when rk left with nothing and ready to leave that time may be madhu stucked with ballu and not able to go with rk. Then separation wil come. This is only my prediction so please don't attack me for this.
