I don't know but I have this feeling that Yash will angrily walk away from there without giving Aarti a chance to explain herself, like he did in the past. It seems that whenever Yash is angry he just walks away from there. (Though he won't behave like in the following instances)...
1 - after Palak's b'day party he was angrily going out of the house, but shobha stopped him.
2 - after Mumbai fiasco, when Aarti comes in front of him he runs from there without his shoes on and ends up in the hospital.
And after he leaves Aarti will faint due to stress ( which has been happening a lot lately). And that python is there, so he will take Aarti to the hospital. ( Like everytime he is the only one present when ever Aarti faints). Where the doctors will tell to perform the required surgery. Prashant will try to contact Yash but he won't answer prashant's call, so prashant will sign the form for the surgery which might later add to Yash's anger/ suspicion. ðŸ˜
