Mr.Dubey : Two sides of coin

Mr.Dubey is the man who did his Daughter In Law's Punar Vivah. Many of you will say just because her wife insisted. But he did and thats what it matters. He is one of the Aadarsh Sasur who did Punar Vivah of his DIL. Many says he wanted to keep Aarti at home and to convinced Prashant to come back to her life. Yes it was the truth because he saw that option that time ! But at the same time when Aarti and Yash's marriage was decided; he was the 1 who stopped Aarti to tell the truth because he wanted her to be happy and it was the reality that Scindhias will not accept divorcee. That lie was mistake no doubt.

On the other side, Mr. Dubey is the father of Prashant. As a parent, he loves his son alot just like everyone in this world does. Thats why he forgave Prashant. Thats the reason why he was ready to tell the truth to scindhias just to save his son's life! He is saying he will get Aarti back for Prashant just becoz he is father of Prashant who wants his son to be happy.

Actually Mr.Dubey is cought between two sides where on one side there is Aarti who is LIKE daughter to him and on other side there is Prashant who IS his own son.

I completely agree! I don't think Mr. Dubey is wrong at all to want his son's happiness, because Prashant is his own blood. I think Mr. Dubey loves Aarti and considers her his daughter, but not in the same way he loves his son Prashant. His intentions aren't to hurt anyone, he just wants to keep his son happy.

i completely agree with u..but dubey knows his own mistake...he also knows aarthi loves yash and is pregnant with yash's child..then why does he have to snatch his daughter's happiness..doesnt he know aarthi will not come back..

P n his father does not have any right to separate their former wife/ bahu from her current husband just because P has realized his mistake n is going to live long.

Morally P doesn't have any right to even think about Aarti as she is somebody else's wife.

mr dubey has from the beginning been a weak, manipulative and easily influenced by others guy. was he not the one to emotionally blackmail arti /shobha to hide the truth about the divorce and now just because the tai is influencing him to get arti back, he has swayed in that direction.as if its just so simple to toss arti around from here to there and back.
