Well PC roles up till now has been challenging and she has done justice to all her characters.

I am sorry to say I want to see Kareena do opposite of her own nature. Then I will praise her.

This is one of the reasons why I prefer PC to Kareena.

Thanks to TM's misinterpretations this post became bashing post for all 3

'I dont like the word challenging because i dont like to challenge myself. I want to do the same old movies and then say that I am doing a variety of roles and others are not.'

This is what Kareena wanted to say.

And what did she actually say? Did you even bother watching the interview? Yeah, I thought so.

Yes she is doing a variety of movies.

Heroine - Heroine centric hardhitting film about the film industry and women even if it was crappy

Ek Main Aurr Ek Tu - Light hearted rom com

Talaash - Suspense drama with a super amazing role that got here critical acclaim

Agent Vinod - Spy thriller

What is common between all these roles?
NOTHING

Only thing common is her getting critical acclaim for all except Agent Vinod.
See what I mean by the criticism making no sense and just seeming desperate?
Seriously, atleast make it a bit worth it for fans to debate. Use some logic for instance. Examples. You know, make sense. 😆

Based in the comments here, I watched the interview 3 times.
The name priyanka never cropped up, nor Kat, yet here the members are posting elaborate debates pitting the 3 against each other.

Faridoon asked her to describe her role in Talaash, she thought for a moment, almost as if saying challenging, then said she doesn't like that word, and that Talaash was different.

Lets play out a scenario now shall we?

Scenario 1
"Talaash was a challenging role" - Kareena
Comments:
Shut up, what was so challenging blah blah
Yeah right!
*cue snarky lame joke followed by emoticons*

Scenario 2
"I don't like the word challenging, I'll say it was different" - Kareena

Comments:
Oh Kareena and her statements!
What a diss towards Priyanka!
I like Kat better
She better keep her mouth shut

W*F is wrong with this place?
This is not a Bollywood forum. It's a nesting ground for haters and skeptics to desperately ridicule celebs regardless of whether it makes sense or not.
And then the same haters have seizures when tables are turned and their faves get bashed.
All in all, this place has gone completely psychotic, and 90% of members are hypocrites.
The other day I saw a member "liking" a post that basically criticized that menber's own behavior of obsessive hate. Classic.

I'm actually craving some LEGIT criticism now, not random bashing that has nothing to do with the topic.
It has seriously gotten to a point when if there's a topic about a celeb's decline in health, this sick place will find a way to mock that as well.

Why has no one commented on my long bhajan? 😆

You are getting confused about Kareena's roles in the movies and the genre of the movies. Though she did different genre movies but her role was the same except in heroine where she was copying PC's role in fashion and failed at it.
I can take Rosy from Talaash and place her in EMAET and there will be no difference and same goes with her character in AV.
Thats what I was talking about. Its not a big deal to do thriller, rom com or suspense drama but to portray different characters beautifully and convincingly which she fails to do.

Disagree again bsker.
Her acting was completely different in all 4.
Heroine was dramatic high emotional acting that required emotional outbursts. And a lot of depressed scenes.

Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu was the opposite. Very Geet like with witty dialogues, and subtle gestures. Her body language was had a youthful vibe to suit Imran, a lotta child like smiles and glances. Total chatterbox.

Talaash was another kareena altogether. Minimal dialogues and she had to make do with just body language and expressions. She had to create an aura of mystery and intrigue. There's a reason reviews said she stole the show. Many reviews said its a new Kareena. Very subdued mature performance.

Agent Vinod acting was still different. It's Sriram's world. There are no emotions. Her character was silent and hardened. No romance, only a spy who you can't figure out. Her weakest portrayal this year but cannot be compared.

I cannot believe you think Riana from EMAET would work in Talaash. Are you kidding me? Riana the chatterbox in Talaash's world of intrigue aura and mystique?

Had you said Agent Vinod and Talaash I would still have given it a thought coz both characters were subdued and mysterious. But you compared a chatterbox to Talaash. Literally, you almost said JWM's Geet is Kareena in Talaash. Which makes me wonder...if you've even seen the film.
