Well, for that matter, there is nothing that is being shown in the serials we see in real life. DO you see people in the house always in suits, start and end of business in weeks that too in crores, medical conditions. Anyway, bottomline, nothing is realistic - nowhere close, however, at times very stupid. Like, in yesterday's episode, (in US), the manthra that Pandit was chanting 'Shanthakaram Bhujaga Shayanam.....' NO ONE reads for weddings. Its EXLUSIVELY for praying God. Even our 4 years daughter knows that. Infact, the pujari almost started 'Guru Bramha Guru Vishnu...' How stupid. The pujari may be an actor and doesn't know any manthras, but, they can get any recording. They showed back of Pujari anyway. The directors / producers are not detail oriented. They only look at quantity not quality.
