But now that you have brought it up, yes Sriti is very pretty, but she will not fit in as Anandi, she may fit in as Gauri, but Gauri's character would have to be changed, Sriti is a softer individual, I think. Question is will Jagya+new Gauri be more popular than your favorite pair Shiv+Anandi? 😆

Yes... because it doesn't matter who pairs with jagya. The jodi will certainly become a hit and more popular than shiv-anandi.

He is the hero of the show and he brings life into this show irrespective of whether he plays a positive role or negative.

Without him, it is as interesting as watching paint dry ...😆

Yet gauri and jaggu pair did not win any awards nor did shashank and anjum win any for best actor/actress..

No comparisons.

They are good for their role..and Ansh are the heart or the show...

Without Jailbird, show starts drifting is correct. But. . . but. . . Jagya and old Gauri did not set the tv on fire. People enjoyed that pair becos Jailbird kept getting jharoed and shouted at by Gauri. 😆 'People' enjoyed that, me too

Now Sriti could become a softer Gauri, pretty, petite, smiling, and sudhraoes Jailbird, then the two could be a decent couple. But on balance Shiv and Anandi will win HANDS DOWN because Jaibirld looks like he has just come out of jail, and he has that "I am a small time villain' look 😆😆

When they were dating during their medical school days, they did set it on fire... they were real lovebirds. But then how would our writer/director show the negative consequences of extramarital affairs and infidelity if they continued them as lovebirds forever? So, gauri's character was totally ruined.

Jaibirld looks like he has just come out of jail, and he has that "I am a small time villain' look -- his life is become a wreck bec of two women, one our mahan mataji and the other one jhansi ki rani. Now let him find a balanced normal woman and then we will see which pair becomes a hit...😆

Few day ago oneindia news in article is Anandi after marriage in saree and gauri comeback to different style . Now shriti jaa in BV new jagya love interest . Kis article ki news sach mane ya nahi.😲
