The current track of RK confessing his love and then closing MB's mouth- by preventing her from completing her sentence of her love for him- it is interesting to note. Further he acknowledges that he already knows that she loves him.
Then after the "behind the curtain kiss", he demands that she confess her love for him. And she does and then he wants her to prove it- show how much she does.
The retreating hand of Madhu and RK's insecurities raising their heads again continues the downfall of the previous sweet moment.
I think the entire future track has many ways to develop from this precipice. On one hand is RK's definition of "love'- his eloquent expression was half filmy dialogue and half natural, rough RK- there was very little Rishabh in either. Given that, his demand from Madhu to love Rishabh is ridiculous.
As for Madhu, she knows and he knows it too that she has seen through his ridiculous "attitude avatar of RK". This was the very reason she was able to "tame" him and make him, the star of ten crore girls, to fall for a crazy girl. So, the earlier statement by him that he already knew that she loved him was totally on the mark and he knows deep inside that the person she loves is Rishabh not RK (which she has already shared with her mother).
Why he refuses to accept that simple fact allowing Dips' venomous ideas to infect his brain is beyond me. Knowing the Rk that we have seen since June, it goes against his very character- be it the Rishabh part of it that is vulnerable or the RK part that sees through fakes like Dips in seconds.
Also noteworthy was Madhu's reply to his simple question- you love me right? And she says- Nope- your rival hero has gotten me on a contract to kill you and I am faking my love for you.
This sentence is also very interesting- the "rival hero" can be interpreted as RK as it was RK who forced her into a contract. However, the one she loves is Rishabh minus all of RK's nakhras.
Even her answers to his Why and how much questions were of the same quality- when he asks if she will leave behind the world for him she says that her entire world is him so leaving behind what world- this one becomes immaterial!
I think in her own way Madhu did answer Rishabh but Rk's insecurities has covered his heart and is not able to listen to Madhu's confession. Love can never be expressed on demand it can only be experienced and Rishabh has done that even if RK wants the grand confession with proof.
I hope, keeping the truth of Rk's character in place, RK will want the grand confession in front of Dips not necessarily Madhu and him. And Rk will get it too. He is now dragging Madhu back in true RK style back to the mansion. dips will come all cat-who-ate-the-cream and Madu will see through her ploy and prove herself across the board- remember the final salvo between Madhu and Dips before Mads left the house to the farmhouse?- she threatens Dips saying that she had better not hurt Rk in any way.
