Everyone gets very confused about relationships and such on KGGK. Think this chart might help.
The Agarwals
Rukmani Devi (Dadi) had two sons. Vishvanath and Kailashnath.
Vishvanath Agarwal married Mrs. Agarwal and they had two sons - Om Agarwal and Gaurav Agarwal.
After Mrs. Agarwal had passed away Vishvanath Agarwal married Krishna Agarwal. Krishna had two sisters - Vandana and Vineetha.
Vandana never married but Vineetha and her husband had two children - Neeraj and Mitali, who after the passing of their parents, were adopted by Vishvanath and Krishna Agarwal.
Vishvanath and Krishna Agarwal had five children - Ajay, Chaaya, Sonali, Kamal and Preeti.
Om Agarwal married Parvati Agarwal whose only family was her Nani.
Gaurav Agarwal married Shilpa Agarwal.
Ajay Agarwal married Avantika Agarwal.
Chaaya Agarwal married Vikram.
Sonali Agarwal married Tushar.
Kamal Agarwal married Pallavi Bhandari Agarwal and after his divorce to Pallavi years later he remarried Trishna Kocher.
Preeti Agarwal married Vishal.

Om and Parvati Agarwal had a daughter - Gayatri, who was exchanged at birth with another baby - Shruti. Parvati was preganant for a second time but she miscarried.

Gaurav Agarwal and Doctor Shweta had a daughter - Sunaina (Sonu) Agarwal whom Doctor Shweta gave to Shilpa to raise as her own.

Chaaya had a daughter from before she was married - Chavi.
Chaaya and Vikram were to have a baby but she miscarried.
Sonali and Tushar had two sons - Viraj and Vigyat.
Kamal and Pallavi Agarwal never had children, however Kamal and his secretary Nivedita had one son - Krishna Agarwal. Nivedita died after giving birth.
Neeraj Agarwal was married and had one son - Parth Agarwal.
Preeti and Mitali Agarwal were never known to have had any children.

Mallika Dhoshi's sister Aslesha Vajpay was to be married to Neeraj Agarwal but the wedding was stopped by Parvati Agarwal.

2nd Generation Mix
Shruti Agarwal (Gill) was proposed to Ketan Gupta but the marriage was called off. She was then married to Aryan Dhoshi. After that marriage ended, Shruti was hopeful of a relationship wtih Sambhav Khanna but he was killed in a bomb blast together with Avantika Agarwal. Shruti then married Sameer Kaul who was initially meant to marry Gayatri.
Krishna Agarwal was to be married to Smriti, until she died in a crash that also took the lives of Devin and Rohan Garg. He was then proposed to Manya Dhoshi but in the end married Gunn Agarwal.
Sunaina Agarwal was to be married to Rohith until she discovered he was involved in a scandal to ruin the Agarwal name, one put in motion by Sasha. Sunaina then fell for Yash, who turned out to be married to a girl named Priyanka.
Parth Agarwal is in jail.
Vigyat, Viraj and Chavi are unheard of presently.
Monalika Agarwal had a one night stand with Aryan Dhoshi and gave birth to his son - Sidharth Dhoshi.
Gayatri Gill (Agarwal) was meant to marry Sameer Kaul, but he fell in love with Shruti. Although there was a huge confusion set in course at the wedding by Anjana Gill to save the day by putting Shruti on the mandap in Gayatri's clothes, Gayatri continued making Sameer believe they were actually married. She slept with him and had his baby boy - Chotu, whom she gave to Shruti.
Shashank Garg was madly in love with Gunn Agarwal until she married Krishna and turned against him. Later Shashank fell in love with Monika, unfortunately for him, she took a bullet that was meant for Om Agarwal, another plan set by Sasha, and died.
Machan Garg is in jail for the murder of Manya Dhoshi.
Rob and Neelam Garg have been unheard of for a while.
Shikhar Mehra was to be married to Mayuri but he turned out to be evil and his plotting mind got him in jail for the attempted murder of Parvati Agarwal.
Nikhil and Ashutosh Mehra look to Parvati Agarwal as their mother even though she sent their father to jail.
Krishna and Gunn Agarwal have a daughter - Pragati.
