I think you have lost all of your mind. Please read again what you have wrote. What do you think Trishna do to help Mallik, Do you see Trishna as a super rich girl who had lot of money and kep quite like mumb when Malik was in hospital.

What do you actually mean Help, is she God to bring so much money out of that short time.
