Set against the backdrop of Kolkata, the Howrah bridge, Victoria Memorial and the Durga Puja, the shot captures the drama inherent in the plot. The family goes to the Dakshin Temple for a darshan of Kali Puja. During a romantic scene between Bajaj and Prerna in a boat sequence in Princess Ghat, Anurag sees them together and is very upset and drinks heavily. Prerna decides to visit Mohini for the visarjan in the morning. Bajaj gets upset about it. Amidst their quarrel, Anurag's car dashes against Bajaj's car. Bajaj goes in a Coma whilst Prerna suffers from amnesia. She can see a blurred vision of Anuraj and Aparna in the background. Prerna loses her memory and feels she is married to Anurag. The drama enfolds from therein.
