Seeing this track there are things that make me wonder and also confirm some things about Jigar.

I remember having discussions on why Jigar is not given a better position at the Modi office or atleast why he is not in the same level as Ahem.

Well from this track one thing is apparent. Jigar needs someone to tell him what to do. Nothing against him but it is obvious that he is struggling to take a decision or if he takes one, is not confident about it.

1. We see that he is rather helpless when faced with a crisis and when helpless he cannot think

2. If he decides and manages to voice his opinion, he does not follow through and gets easily rail-roaded. Perfect example is Aman overriding his decision inspite of being the outsider.

I think as a manager or a business owner, decision making is something that becomes an everyday habit. One needs to be quick, look at pros and cons and decide to compromise or risk based on available facts.

I think Jigar still needs to learn a lot and maybe he is just not made to be a businessman🤔

I think the issue isn't that he's not cut to be a businessman, but that he just doesn't think like one. You have to be a bit calculating and Jigar is just an easy-going person who always puts his heart first. He just doesn't see work as being something he either has to do or die doing. Ahem, on the other hand, has the toughness business requires and that is his advantage. He isn't stone-hearted, but in crises, he manages to weave in practicality with affect. Ram-Lakhan type Jodi. 😉

Jigar always needs some one to guide him, he can't able to take any decision on his own, he is always act like a rope who ever can pull it as their own wish this is wat Aman doing now, He stops him from thinking, to take his decision. he needs improvement in his qualities it ill be helpful in busines as well as family

Jigar lacks some qualities for being businessman but he has impressive personality he is friendly and pleasing, hardworking slowly coming out of irresponsibility, cooperative he can learn more with some mentoring and experience. Jigar character is growing up slowly there is some changes in him recently in this last 2 years.Defiantly he can not run the business alone but he will be a great support to ahem. Like Chirag ahem don't have to handle everything by himself at anytime he can count on jigar Ahem's toughness and jigars pleasing character make them a great team. Like rachana said Ram- Lakshman Jodi😃

Harini in life we have leaders and followers.

Jigar is a follower. Hence he will never be a business-man.

Yes Jigar isnt the person who use his sleeping brain on time...he need some one whom shaken up him n than he or his brain wake up n starts work...like yesterday gopi does with him...😊 accoding to Ahem Jigar is still a unexpreiances for major buessiness decisions.. That is why Ahem wont want Jigar go bhuj instead of him.. jigar is a small kid of MM...Yes that is why he still is in on small position in Modi's bussiness... I agree Jigar is a very easy going person he always put his heart first... But when ur own Bhai or Bhabhi is gone missing or ur Kaki in such bad condition or ur 9 months pregnant bhabhi are rolling in roads...os in that time how can u be so dumb.. Why u listening the stranger why u not put selvees up n jump into the stiuation..?? Why after gopi's call u woke up n understand ur Kartavia...?? No really when ur family n our loves are in such in cirisi or in critcl stiuation so how come u think from the heart or how came u be so easy going... Yup I want to some improvement in Jigar he have to be make himself like his Bhai.. Or i Know he diffenatly do that...😊
