Sneha Rajani is the Senior Executive Vice President & Business Head of SONY CORPORATION.

SONY CORPORATION is owned by MULTI SCREEN MEDIA Pvt Ltd.

Which means that MSM is her BOSS!

Why don't you'll over-ride her ... fax or e-mail somebody from MSM!!!

If they say that that is not their department and that u should contact Ms Rajjani. Then reply them u did go her first but she was rude and arrogant to you , even though u made a POLITE request to her.

So , that's my suggestion ... HOPE IT HELPS / HOPE IT WORKS!!!
