Amitabh Bachchan with Anupama Chopra:transcript

Anupama Chopra was in Marrakech recently for their international film festival, where she interviewed a handful of Bollywood celebrities for her show, The Front Row. For one of the interviews, she spoke to Amitabh Bachchan, and asked him if there's any role now that he really wants to play. Here's what he said in response!

Anupama Chopra: Is there any role now, in literature or in films that you really want to play?

Amitabh Bachchan: I hope there is and I hope there are people who are thinking about it. I am a terrible thinker (laughs). Somebody will have to think for me. I like it when someone thinks for me and just pushes me into the deep end of a pool or a river or an ocean and says , 'OK buddy, start swimming'. But I don't have any particular choices. I would love for someone to challenge me. I would attempt it, I would give it a shot and if it works, fine, if it doesn't I will accept defeat and sit at home.
