Hi,
for the online links, u click on them and in a new window, they will start to buffer and then after a while it will start playing. For the download videos, u click on the link and in the new window, click on download button and wait till it downloads and then it will play 😊

u have to give it a few minutes to load itself. it depends on the type of internet service u have. if its dial-up, it takes longer while hi-speed internet is faster 😊
