SP - The Colour Yellow (Akshara)

The bubbly bahu of Vadhera family Maanvi loves red colour. "The colour red makes me feel strong and alive. A wedding ensemble in red is my favourite costume." says Maanvi.

Similarly, her sister Jeevika says her favourite colour is blue and loves wearing sarees and accessories in similar colour tone. She says, "This colour is soft and soothing to eyes."

"White colour symbolises purity and innocence. It is my favourite colour, which makes me desire perfection and gives a confidence to achieve impossible ideals," says Sooraj.

Purple and lavender fall in the favourite colours' list of Sandhya. She says, "I love the matte shades of purple and lavender. I find them very attractive and they never fail to grab my attention."

Gauri is a die-hard fan of the colour black. "Black is a rich colour and goes well with almost all other colours. Black makes you stand out in the crowd. Some people believe that black brings negativity, but for me it brightens up my mood," adds Gauri.

"Although I don't wear green colour shirts often, I simply love this colour. We all are taught that green colour symbolises harmony and balance, but for me it stands for hope and peace. I find this colour very calm," adds Viren.

Akshara finds yellow colour attractive. "Yellow is a fresh colour and for me it represents happiness and wisdom. This colour is also lucky for me. I prefer wearing yellow coloured costumes to important events. The bright yellow colour gives me a sense of freedom of action and thought."
