This spoiler could just mean RK disappeared from home, because he is feeling guilty for what happened to Madhu didn't enjoy Karva Chauth properly and also he is realising his feelings, and definitely wants to have romantic times with her because of this reason, so when he takes her to the bathroom and she is shy and he calls the nurse he leaves home and goes to the set of his movie and tells the girls on the set to arrange the set or the farmhouse romantically, after all those set people are used to arranging beautiful romantic sets, so they will do that for RK and Madhu.

Meanwhile at home Madhu's mayka phone and call them for lunch, but RK is not there, Bittuji will go and tell Madhu to go on the set instead to meet RK, she will be surprised by the decorations and RK sings to her, she's happy, and he tells her he is in love with her etc.

05 December 2012: In tonight episode of Madhubala, RK will be invited to Madhu's house for lunch, but he will not reach there. Further in the episode we will see, everyone is planning a nice romantic date for Madhu and RK. Will they succeed in their plan?

Nah it's not a dream sequence this time, tellybuzz told us that when RK tells Madhu he is in love with her it will be for real and not a dream like Madhu's.
