Will Salman Khan celebrate his birthday in jail?

I am sure you all have read the articles which says that Salman Khan's court case is open again and work is being done. According to those articles will Salman Khan go to jail on his birthday and then the jailers will sing happy birthday for him without any cake.

But we know the system is corrupt, salman has escaped his punishment many times, so how is it possible that this time the victims will get justice?

Salman is being summoned because he gave false evidence and one gives false evidence only when he is guilty.

Thanks to Crystal, we got to know ke Salman Khan will be going to jail on Dec 27, I will myself will host a special celebration thread on Dec 27 after Salman will go to jail for CRYSTAL. Salman Khan's woes and misery pertaining to the infamous 2002 hit and run case in Bandra are far from over.

The actor has been ordered by the Mumbai Metropolitan Court to appear for a hearing on December 27 (which incidentally happens to be his birthday) following a complaint filed by lawyercum activist Abha Singh.

Abha claims that the cops involved in the case had faked the evidence and documents pertaining to the case in order to manipulate the trial.

The court has also asked the cops involved to be present for the hearing along with Salman.

Exactly, did u see his reply to the drunk driving case? It's so sad how he blamed the driver and destroyed his life.

I honestly don't think they will ever get justice because when one is powerful in india then the court also can't do anything.

A Mumbai court, according to sources, has summoned the actor on December 27 to answer questions on the submission of false evidence that has caused delay in the trial.

A Case which is already running in a court, people file new things for it won't add somethings, Only it will be included in on going Case, Hit & Run case is going on, verdict is pending. Till the time verdict comes, don't jump on your on conclusions.
