I'm not saying NO....Dia

Dia Mirza's face is her fortune, and this time around she's endorsing Attitude cosmetics – the latest beauty line from Amway. "I'm proud to be the brand ambassador for Attitude. After all, I have always been conscious about the brands I support and Attitude has all the right ingredients that ensure a healthy and glowing skin," she says.

Sharing her beauty secrets, she observes, "Even though I have erratic shooting schedules, I make it a point to have a disciplined diet. The same goes for my exercise routine."

Lamenting the paucity of dieticians and nutritionists she quips, "In Bollywood, we don't have an entourage to take care of us, unlike our Hollywood counterparts! But ultimately, it all depends on one's state of mind and how we tackle stress," she asserts, adding that the she does go on a binge spree once every week. "I'm not saying no to junk food; the idea is to know where to draw the line."

On the work front, the going's good for Dia. "I couldn't be happier. 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' has done well and I have five films that will release next year," she states.
