I bet Ekta and Team couldn't find another name, so they just used the patient's actual name!! 😆

But I really appreciated Dr. Desai. Jigyasa tried to buy him, but he refused to lie for money! 👏 I hoped the compounder would turn out to be that way too...but seems like he didn't! 😡

nahi i personally told ram to make sure that is what the upstanding moral doc is called cuz my mom is called Dr Desai! you see, me and RK are best buds!! 😆 😆

most probably its related to PD .. as KELTA is used to name her on-screen characters her off-screen actors name's .. as roshni chopra , rishap bajaj , anurag basu , prerna all names of real-life persons working with KEKTA 😊 ..
