Since the inception of contract marriage, this show has been mediocre at it's best. Shoddy scripts, drab wardrobes for protagonists, incomplete plots and sets that leave a lot to be desired. To name but a few. Yet this show has CONSISTENTLY maintained it's number 1 position, has garnered worldwide (International) viewers and fans, in addition to Indian viewers and fans and has inspired closet writers to pen some amazing fiction! All due to the fact that Sanaya Irani and Barun Sobti (SaRun) are the protagonists. This lead pair whose on screen presence and chemistry is comparable only to Hepburn and Bogart, have made it possible for the CVs, the PH and SP to produce mediocre work, to indulge in some very unethical work practice and generally use SaRun as a crunch for their "bad" behavior. In fact, I would even go as far as to say, that there really is no creativity left where the CVs, PH and SP are concerned in regards to IPKKND!

its baby cruelly

in the end this was bound to happen

hence people who watch it for the story
are also bound to fall prey for this non sense storyline

nebuna is death not the easy way out? why could not the two of them fall apart still being in love?or their love story ende with them leaving as many suggested a daughter of Khushi in sanaya and the remnant cast to start afresh... Why the desire to milk ASR and BS together till the last minute? Could not their band of creative come up with a new concept where in they do not pillion ride on the outgoing actor's popularity to get the eyeballs? People are expected to tune in to see the death of ASR and they hope that it will translate into viewers for the new character...why not sell the new character aggressively instead of the old ASR who has not even a week left on the show? So I blame them for the death of creativity with respect to IPKKND.

I know this was inevitable in the way the story progressed in the past but this was an avoidable disaster in terms of the series...

I have to concur...

the show is not ending because of sponsorship contracts now
so they have to move on
regarding new story
channel has given them notice
so said 2 months will move
just for developing the new character
that will also fall flat

here think the channel were trying to convince
barun but failed
then they brought in mrs india
to get viraf in

for keeping them apart in love
some scenes with barun has to be shown
or they have to vanish ASR like mamaji
which can t happen

nebuna.. I am skeptical on the fact that they have to run the show for sponsorship contract.. that is not entirely the truth.. the actor must have informed them well in advance of his departure to give them time to plan his exit... and the sponsorship would have been taken into account in cognizance of this fact. The news of BS started circulating in september and this is end November so the ad agency would have been well aware that the serial is not ending when they tied up with the channel as sponsors...the serial ending story is just a hogwash...kept in place as a safe exit route if trp's are not benevolent. If they are able to boost the fortunes of IPK there will be no exit of the series...

I am not concerned with the fact whether the channel did anything to retain him or not... I am miffed with the way there is dichotomy of their actions and words... one one hand they try to sell the stand that story is supreme , for them the content of the product IPK matters and the actor is not a demi god to affect their fortunes... yet the use him till the last moment for getting in viewers instead of publicizing the new guy or their new track... they want to make use the euphoria that the character of ASR generated courtesy the actor...how ironical they are hyping the death of ASR to get people to watch their show instead of the new boy.. In death to ASR is supposed to help them sail safely... and not the infusion of new blood which ideally should be the case as the show is supposed to go on with the advent of the new guy..😉

Indeed a free tutorial at IPK Koel.
All that was needed was a simple brief statement and life would have moved on, choices would have been made to move on or stay. Instead we have a case of:
Parda uthne waala hai
Tamaashaa hone waala hai
Koi hasne waala hai
Koi rone waala hai

Yes it was very simple to do the transition in a professional manner from the start.. Not seem to be unprofessional while being an absolute focused professional entity... All I can say is going the normal route of reaching the end as serials do in Indian television would not have suited the higher designs and purpose that was envisioned for IPK to achieve.. Hence it seeks to go off air in it's hatke style...😳 IPK was never meant to follow the norm and it hasn't.😛
