Rimjhim has brought the cops and a doctor to Sukh Santi Sadan. The cops ask Anand who he is and he says ''Anand Saxena''. The cops say they are here to investigate a claim that his wife Shweta is giving him illegal brain damaging drugs to suppress his memory of him being Avinash. Rimjhim stands alongside the rest of her family. Anand asks the cops who made this claim, they say it was Bhavani's daughter in law Rimjhim. Anand becomes furious and turns to Rimjhim and shouts ''you're making a complaint against my wife Shweta!! who do you think are!! i let you live here in my bungalow and you're pulling new tricks!!''. Anand tells the cops that these are lies made up by Bhavani's family. The cops tell him that they must do their job so he should stand aside. Shweta looks a little hesitant but then says she'l show the cops and doctor the medicines she gives Anand. Shweta goes inside with the cops and doctor. Meanwhile, Bhavani asks Rimjhim what this is all about and she says that Anand is Avinash but his memory is being suppressed by some illegal drugs..she tells him to ask Anurag. Bhavani asks Anurag (who is also there), Anurag confirms Rimjhims claims about the drugs. Anand tells Rimjhim that he will send them all to jail, each and every member will rot in jail!!!. Shweta and the cops come out, the doctor says that the drugs she feeds her husband are perfectly legal. Bhavani and family look on in slight embaressment, Rimjhim cannot believe what the doctor has said. She begs to differ but Anand tells her to shut up!!. Anand says he will definately send them all to jail. Rimjhim looks appealingly at the family.

Rimjhim is standing against the wall, whilst Iravati and Bua shout at her for persisting with her enquiries and why she didnt ask permission from her elders before she called the cops! They dont like the fact that they were made to look embaressed in front of the cops and Anand Saxena. Iravati is furious and Bua tells Bhavani to tell Rimjhim off. Rimjhim says she knows she is right and she wont stop trying to prove it, she says ''that woman Shweta is preventing us from finding out!''. Babuji who is just sitting there now gets up and says he wont say anything. Iravati isnt happy. Rimjhim is sad that Babuji didnt support her.

Shweta tells Anand that she cant believe Rimjhim called the cops on them!! Shweta tells Anand that he shouldnt have even allowed them to stay in the bungalow, he should have kicked them out. Shweta thinks they should make a complaint against Rimjhim. Anand (whos sitting there looking moody as usual) gets up and says ''No...not just Rimjhim, but the entire family will suffer for trying to defame you using the cops..they will all go to jail, this is the last straw!!'' (Man this guy is sooo mad at BhavaniShanker n family).

Iravati, Bua, Maharaj and Khan are off to the mandir. At the same time, Anand is strolling out his house and he walks pass them, they all look alittle startled. Suddenly..Anand gets another one of his serious sudden headaches, he clutches his head in extreme pain and feels weak and strained. Iravati and everyone get worried and start saying ''Beta, what happened, are you ok? whats the matter''. Everyones trying to help. Iravati comes nearer to him and he manages to shout (through his pain) ''go away boodiya...stay..away..from me''. Then suddenly he as he tries to push Iravati away, by accident, he knocks over Iravati's wheelchair and she falls on the ground. Everyone suddenly gets worried about Iravati whilst Anand is reeling in pain on the other side. The rest of the family come running out and Rimjhim and rest of them gradually carry Iravati back into her chair. Iravati is in pain and Babuji is worried. Then Babuji goes over to Anand (whos still reeling in his head pains)..Babuji slaps him hard and tells him that he can never be Babujis son! Anand is in too much pain to reciprocate. Babuji starts beating him and tells him that he doesnt have any manners whatsoever and hes a very bad man! Babuji then declares that they will move away from this house immediately!! Babuji says ''Thats what you want right Anand..well we dont want to stay here no longer!!!''. Anand is too busy clutching his head in pain. Kaveri has also arrived home with her baby.

Babuji and the family go to where their two rooms are and Babuji shouts at Khan and Maharaj to pack up all their things as they are moving today! He phones up someone and says ''Hi, its Bhavani here, can we move into that house we discussed, i'd like to move immediately''. Rakesh arrives and Babuji tells him that they are moving. Rimjhim appeals to Babuji but he doesnt want to hear what she has to say. Iravati shouts at Rimjhim for still persisting after all thats happened. Rimjhim says that Anand is Avinash. Iravati says she can never believe he is Avinash. Babuji agrees that he is not Avinash. Kaveri and Rakesh tell Rimjhim to stop trying to prove hes Avinash. Babuji tells her to pack her things. Rimjhim says shes not going anywhere. Babuji tells her she cant stay here and suffer alone, she says that she has Gopalji and she will stay here! Babuji tries to convince her but it doesnt work. Babuji says if anything happens to her then he will blame himself. Rimjhim says she'l be fine.

PREVIEW
The family have moved into new housing. Rimjhim is left behind with her Gopalji statue. She and Shweta have some words.
Bua says ''Beechari Rimjhim..all alone''. Iravati says shes no beechari..she brings this on herself..why does she have to put herself in positions where everyone feels sorry for her.
