I think the whole railway ghotala would have been interesting and intriguing if it was done by heth singh.

1. Shiv is an honest collector so he has more enemies. Heth and shiv had past rivalry so if heth has done the deed it would have beenmore interesting. Heth is an influential and powerful guy. He could have bribed someone in shiv's office and did it...jagya doing this firstly makes shiv look like a naive guy and secondly makes it look like all the problems in ansh life is becoz of jagya...i think their is more to shiv than anandi's ex

2. It would have been interesting to see anandi doing jasoosi with bheem singh...i think it would have shown her intelligent and powerful...this jagya thing dampens it. Anandicould have done something without involving emotions...i am sure saachi is going to say all this is becoz of anandi

3.i think jagya's chapter should have been closed. He could have been brought back to jetsar treating shiv's friend who had an accident or something. I think his character needs to move on. I don't think i can buy the idea that singhs will happily celebrate anandi's marriage when jags is in jail. To think jags is ok in some unknown place is different compared to knowing and seeing him in jail. I dont think any parent can renounce their kid easily even if he is thoroughly spoilt...

I think cvs dampened the entire track making jagya the culprit. Heth would have made it more interesting.

I agree with you. The railway track with Jagya is just out of the blue. How exactly will Jagya be redeemed by going to jail? And how can the Singhs rejoice with Jagya in jail? Its so ridiculous. I agree completely that Heth Singh would have been a more believable villain. He had become Shiv's enemy but went into hibernation despite being annoyed at Shiv's rejection of his contractor. Now he is back to piggyback on Shiv's arrest. It would have been very interesting to see Anandi, Bheem Singh, and Shiv use their brains and investigate and catch Heth Singh.

Yeah its a messed up track..but lets see where the BV cvs take us. Sometimes they do things and eventually connect the dots.

It is hard to imagine J being redeemed by going to jail, but it also makes sense because this is the first time J has maned up and accepted the blame without anyone catching him. This should help him get a tiny bit closer to his family.

I think ultimately it is Heth Singh who instigated CBI enquiry. Just sending a wrong file will not cause major problems. At the most, Railway ministry will ask for clarification or will reject the proposal. Jagya tampered the figures. Somo ne in Railway ministry found about the inflated figures. And HS came to know about it(either through some discussion with railway ministry or through his crony people). He used the opportunity and spreaded the rumour that Shiv is corrupt. HS using his contacts mights have submitted many complaints against Shiv. So the CBI enquiry might be caused by the combined effort of HS pulling strings in goverment, fake complaints and the inflated proposal figures.
