IF access problem.. help!

Guys.. for the last 3 days I am not being able to access IF after every 15-20 min.. then I have to wait for at least 30-40 odd min, and then able to access IF again.. I tried other browsers also but same result..

is there anyone facing the same problem too? and what's the solution of it?

forum Offset time and set it to 0!

see me from pakistan so i have to set it to + 12, acc to my time zone..

but if this is the solution of my prob, then i m okay with it too..
