Back with Edition 2 of the Series -- strictly again as a Logical Viewer !!!!
So like a friend listed in the morning what did these bunch of people or the "un-empathising" fans did -
a) Fell in love with the show - hopelessly
b) Fell in love with the characters --- unconditionally
c) Fell in love with the leads -- on screen and off screen
d) The cast, the story - and the whole package - the deservedly hardworking, talented "bunch of 200 ppl" - invested 1.5 years as much as as the viewer
e) The IPK viewers : they cried, they laughed, they lost sleep, they celebrated each accloades and awards, they fought the naysayers , they criticised, they bashed yet they loved -- loved and loved it too much -- the cast and the show -- and today its been almost a week -- and if fans have not been given up -- even after being ridiculed by the two people they love the most for whom they are fighting - sole reason - "they saw them lot more in last 1.5 years to be put off by a 10 mins technically arranged interview" -- even if they are not scripted - but all coz they have been MISCOMMUNICATED - of the reason of this "internet audience protest" !!!!
I am still here - not bcoz I know the truth and care more than enough to help them both -- I am here- because a year and a half investment in a "Fictional world" that had the scope of being an Epic - has been tossed by their makers as "has Run Its COURSE" --- AND that logic doesnt justify any of the interviews , theories , excuses , posts or otherwise !!!
Those 200 ppl also wouldnt have toiled in all the "labour hours" stated by Barun for last 1.5 hrs - to let this "run to its course" - everyone if nothing expects a "gratuity" for the simplest of efforts - and this was a Labour of Love for everyone associated with the show - the makers , the cast , the crew and the audience...
Yes Sanaya, its really really sad that IPK which has been a "fantasy" of love and a group of positive people - not only the cast and the artists behind the screen who made it - but for all the fans/viewers across the world --- and this "Internet audience" who have become Virtually a family and fighting to save it -- is also equally hurt by the "negativity " --- ex it still pinches when we see low TRPs of IPK each time - we dont even earn a single penny -- we rather would invest all pennies to see sailing it on the top --- coz its the Love story of Arnav and Khushi that we fell in Love with --- and for us it is Barun and Sanaya who make Arnav and Khushi --- yes the show is not only about Barun, the show is also about Sanaya and rest everyone in the cast who brings it to our screen - and the crew who made it possible for us to fall in love !!!
So -- when we still stand here and not giving up -- coz this show has to be about Arnav and Khushi - a show that has the tagline - Love Story of Star Crossed Lovers --- was never sold to its viewer as - another Lead coming in - so of there are issues that cant be addressed behind the screen - come out to your audience clean and either end the show with these two characters --- or eventually continue the story -- but then make it someone else's story -- not Arnav and Khushi -- and 200 people's bread and butter -- I guess below statistics can if not all explain little - that in the next shift or day those people would be employed -- but the viewers who pay the money to watch the show -- also deserves the equal respect - the Producers and Channel who release such statements are answerable on all counts -
"The report titled 'India TV industry at an inflection point' says the industry would expand at a compounded annual growth of 11 per cent to hit $15 billion by 2017, up from $9 billion currently. This is higher than that for China, the US or the UK"
The Inconsistencies -- will highlight only 3 :
1) Sanaya is not on networking sites, social media - so whatever she is said about the "protest" or "negativity" -is based on what is Communicated to her --- same that day in BS's Koffee with Gul -- he was informed what people are talking - but were they told of that to complete extent --- why cant we see neutral parties informing these both -- what people are actually discussing or talking --- or has the situation gone to so much dumps -- that even after they both would have personally seen and gauged whats said about them -- cant even openly thank "fans" --- but only say in understatement - "will see how many fans am left after the show" --- coz the "politics " of this is yet not over --- till show end -- lots more to come out !!!!
2) Every actor is signed for a year in television industry - and everyone aspires that his/her show becomes a success and their contracts are extended -- its never the other way round that he/she would want the contract expires and they are "left cold" to again look for something new . When I heard way back in March, Barun's unedited not telecated interviews -- that man said - I want to do good work - the medium doesnt matter - television or movies --- that time there were no scripts to give interviews from, no pressure to give diplomatic answers --- he said "he never expected the overwhelming response this character and show will get...and there is lot more to come in the story - so are we to believe still that he thought he will give it all away when he signed the IPK project and walk away -- when he is still in the starting phase of his career...didnt he tell in the interview for MAMR -- I fought with family to come here to "be seen" ---- dont rememeber him mentioning : " to take a break or quit it all" !!!
3) Sanaya who said in her SPA "Jodi award" winning speech - its the fans who made Arnav and Khushi win the award --- will go "ridiculing" all these fans for trying to save Arnav and Khushi !!!!
Figure it out for yourselves, or shall we let will the spies of the "minds causing Collateral damage" and informing them of each and everything discussed here- so as of now its become an "agenda" to cripple the uproar win it for them !!! If it really doesnt matter to them this protest - why talk about in the first place and go defensive --- why are people only bashing Gul -- there are other producers...other members of 4Lions and crew -- why does their name not crop up ???
Why "IPK India Forums" has suddenly become so huge a "scare" for them - that even the channel says that you can read Barun's statement there - hai re Nand Kishore - no 1 GEC's PR statements -- they are beyond even the scope of any sensible discussion - so for them only saving their face till SPL is the agenda !!!
But for people who are "alarmed" of the Forums or the internet audience anger - will know it will be beyond SPL -- the "duel and the cold-lock" wont be over soon --- so can they stop putting Barun and Sanaya on the line of fire --- and have their spies tell them -- this aint over yet -- if the story that has "run its course" dont matter to them -- matters to the audience :
who would still eff demand:
1) Bring Aabhas back (his work here was not over)- Shyaam's deeds are yet to be disclosed -- Shahsi's hospital episode, will , his trying to physically take advantage of Khushi -- all needs to be still handled .
2) Bring Akshay and Deepali back -- there was lots to be done with Paayal -Akash story, maami's past never got uncovered.
2) Bring back the dark ASR back - whose past never got the story which was to be told .
3) Bring back Khushi -- whose past is yet to be touched - and who is yet to get justifications on many grounds.
4) Bring back the Love story of the "tension" between Arnav and Khushi -- that was there till the remarriage track -- and then was lost , coz the makers wanted to end the show in Dec- Jan !!!
If for you guys "the story has run its course" --- give it to the hands of the writers of the internet "bashing" -- who knows to handle it better than the "bunch" of 4Lions !!!
And, its not about just Barun - its about Arnav and Khushi --- so if Barun- Sanaya makes them -- then well, its about them too --- coz if not the hardwork and honesty that these two actors have given this show - they both deserve the dignity from the PH, Channel and their audience !!!
Like it or not , it is this "bunch of people" who are going to make the difference and not give up --- call, report, get the media --- they will do it all --- but not to let the Uproar die -- coz these fans paid for the SPL -- these fans paid for the internet subscriptions - channel subscriptions --- and for the ad revenues that the success of Iss Pyaar Ko...gets the channel and the PH -- coz you like it or not, these viewers are in the hierarchy responsible for the "revenue" of Indian Television Industry - that pays those 200 people...
So its the fans who matter at the end, PH ...and you cant like it or not -- "isse zyaada tum kya kar sakte ho" - many of us also know -- so please face the Music --- and there is still time - "save the Damage" - apologies, amend, rectify what you did to your leads and audience -- it can all be forgotten as bad memories --- otherwise, this Uproar is going to haunt for a long time, even once Barun walks away...even when the show ends -- truth can never be "killed" -- it can only be suppressed --- for a short time !!!
