Time was moving so fast with speed of car towards city. Kria was holding Rey's hand and his head was in her lap. Ali was driving car as fast he can with a safe speed. All those mountains and river water which seemed murderer to Kria when she went through them; they were now turning into saint guardian to her while coming back. She was thanking wind, mountains, river, road, smell of winters and their creator "God" for taking care of her Rey.
Rey was unconscious but this didn't fear Kria because when he survived of rocks and chilled water then nothing can retrench him from Kria. Ali was talking to Mr. Singhania on phone about chopper's situation. It was too delaying to bring Rey in car to hospital so his father sent a chopper for them which was waiting for them on nearest helipad. Ali told Kria with happiness that it's just 2 hour drive for helicopter. Kria smiled and caressed Rey's lips with her fingers. Happiness and relief was in air.
World was feeling so much lighter to her. She wanted to see him well and awake. She wanted to fight with him for killing her when he went disappeared. She wanted to hug him tight and then never let go. She wanted to talk like a chatter box. She wanted to be his Miss talkative and saw him teasing her by saying this. Kria took a sigh and then dialed a number on her cell. Mom!! How are you? I am sorry if I hurt you. She has a lot to apologize for. Her mom was quiet at moment. Sanjana wanted to scold her and ask her for behaving so immature and insane. Sanjana asked "did you find him?" Kria scrupled and answered "yes". He is alive but unconscious. Mom I want to explain everything to you. I just need time up till Rey is fully recovered. Her mom said "I am waiting for you at home". Do come back soon and take care. She hung up. Kria can judge the annoyance in her voice and her annoyance was justified.
In few minutes, they were in chopper fleeing from these big mountains. There was a medical team in chopper for basic aid to Rey. In few hours, they were back in city. Rey was admitted in hospital. All the staff was dedicated to make tests and making Rey alright. She was standing out of ICU with an anxiety to know the results. She was rubbing her hands against each other and her lips were in pressed in her teeth. Amma and Mr. Singhania reached there with fast steps. Amma took a look at Rey from glass pane along with Mr. Singhania. Both ended up in tears. Smiles and teary eyes were showering all love and blessing to their son. Kria's face was filled with a smile seeing them happy. Amma came to her and hugged her. "You did it Kria" she said. You are my little fighter who just brought us back Rey. Mr. Singhania was still there near glass window looking at son and smiling. Kria was a little hesitant of staying there. She told Amma that she has to make a call and walked out of there. In way towards exit, Vicky and Neha met her. Neha hugged her and asked about Rey. Vicky was standing there in tears and gratitude. Kria brushed his spikes and asked," what's up tough boy? He in return hugged her and thanked numerous times for saving Rey. He was blabbering so much. Kria patted his shoulder. Neha asked her where she is going. Kria mumbled and told them that she has some urgent work. Vicky took a look towards ICU and said Uncle is there and I understand what your urgent work is!! Kria avoided the statement and went rapidly out of there.
Mr. Singhania after seeing him son for quite a time came to Amma and asked about Kria. Amma told him that she had to make a call. Neha and Vicky joined them too.
Kria was standing outside the hospital thinking about changed things, Mr. Singhania must have known about her and Her Mom also knew it all. She never even thought of these conditions. Kria and Rey didn't even share a moment where they can draw or think about that ahead. All she has is love for Rey and what equations it makes with persons related to them is totally an unthought-of. She was glad that Rey is not there to solve these equations as he didn't share a good bond with his father. His anger and stubbornness could ruin the situations. Her mind was working so fast to make solutions to complicated equations. She sat at bench nearby and scolded herself for being so calculative about things. She held her head in hands and sat quietly. A hand caressed her head and she furiously looked up. Mr. Singhania was standing there smiling. She stood up with nervousness. Uncle!! You!!! I mean!!She was mumbling. Mr. Singhania asked her "Calm down child!! Sit down. She sat down like an obedient kid with her face lowered. Mr. Singhania sat beside her. He said "I want to thank you for bringing my son back to me. Kria looked at him with surprise and told him not to thank. Mr. Singhania continued," Reyansh is certainly lucky to have you in life. I am glad that there is someone who loves him even more than me. Kria nodded in no trying to interrupt him but he kept on saying "Be always beside him". God bless Child. Kria was surprised by his sayings. He knew about them and didn't react. She said" thank you Uncle. Mr. Singhania asked," why? She said "for everything". Mr. Singhania cuddled her and said," now be around. Rey will be awake anytime and first person he wants to see must be you. Both giggled and went in.
Doctors were talking to Amma about Rey's condition. Kria rushed towards them. Doctor told them, Rey is alright. Water was there in his lungs. We have tried every remedy and hopefully, Rey will respond us soon. Everyone was happy about the news. Kria looked at Rey who was lying there.
Vicky told everyone to go home as he will be staying here tonight with Rey. Kria denied his plead and obstinate to stay but Neha told her in ear that she should go to mom. Amma asked "Neha! Is everything okay?" Neha answered "yes Amma!! Everything is fine. I was telling Kria to have some rest. Kria not at all wanted to go home but she has to talk to her mother. She went in there in ICU. Rey was lying like a small kid sleeping. She kissed him on forehead and said "Hey!! I will be back. Wake up soon.
She was home with Neha in half an hour. Her Mom was sitting in couch. She rush to Kria after seeing her and hugged. Sanjana asked "you alright na? Kria answered yes mom. How are you? Kria was filled with fear of unknown. She had to tell her about Rey but not like that. She knew that was not right way to tell a mother about your love. Sanjana didn't answered and went to kitchen for making something for them. Neha went to her room. Kria followed her mom to kitchen. She cuddled her and asked "what mom! You didn't ask anything. Kria's eyes were filled with anticipation that she will ask something about Rey and her action. Her mom answered "you know I have made your favorite "pinni" when you were away. She didn't want to talk about Rey. She was normal and she was not mad but for Kria it was not normal. Kria took a sigh and said "Mom!! I want to explain. I know you are not alright and I owe an apology. Sanjana stopped stirring cooking dish and answered "for me nothing happened! Kria! I don't know that boy. You are dating someone and you didn't tell me. You went insane when he went missing. You were crazy when that boy might get dead. You are still my daughter. You can go crazy but I won't approve your craziness and let you do whatever you want to. Kria knew it. She could see it coming. She took a sigh and said "Mom! I never wanted to let this truth come in such a way. I was going to tell you all this. But believe me! Life events are more rapid than me. I didn't get time to even cherish the feeling that I am in love. I never wanted to hurt you. I never meant to hurt you. All I can say is I love him. I love him more than anything. You want best for me than I can assure that he is best for me. Without him, I am nothing. And rest I leave up to you. I want you to meet him and then decide.
Sanjana sarcastically said "What should I know?" He is a racer who keeps on endangering his life. He is brat son who even don't listen to his father. He would die in any such race and left you alone. He is one boy for whom my daughter forgot her passion "dance", her studies, and her mother. She busted into tears on that. Kria was out of word after listening that. She was not aware how she knew so much about Rey. Kria said "Rey is not like that Mom!! You are certainly not right about him. He has not made me forget my reasons of being here. She was in tears.
Whole night Kria was talking to her mother, trying to convince her about her feelings and Rey. Sanjana wanted to understand her but her heart was on a difficult way where her insecurities about Kria and fears were colliding with faith.
What Kria could convince was a meeting with Rey as soon as he recovers.
With first ray of sun, she was filled with hope to see Rey in senses. She got ready and left for hospital when her mother was still asleep. It was hardly 6 am. Roads were not rushed; slight chill in atmosphere in form of fog was still there. He was feeling all refreshed up after telling the exact what she feels to her mom. She bought flower from a small boy outside the hospital. She reached ICU unit. Vicky was sleeping on bench. She entered the room and saw him sleeping. Sun rays were caressing his face and he never seemed that well. Sunrays were reflecting his charm. She put flowers in vase and said "Good Morning sunshine". A slight kiss was gifted on his cheek by Kria. He was looking lot better. Kria sat on chair near him. Sharing the same sunshine with Rey was warming her shivering heart. Kria took his hand in her hands and showered a kiss on his finger. When you will be awake? When you will smile? When you will take my name from your beautiful lips? When I could rest in your arms and feel home? She was talking to him as he could listen her. She shared the last night talk with him that how she told everything to mom and now she believes that everything will be fine when he will be awake. Kria was brushing his hand on her cheeks. Wake up na!!! You know I am dying to hear your voice. She was trying to tell him everything she is feeling.
After sometime, she bid bye to Rey with a kiss on forehead. She didn't want to annoy mom by staying long. She rushed home. Her Mom was still asleep. She with feather steps went to her room and lay on her bed. Sanjana was not unaware of her visit outside home but she didn't want to reveal this thing on Kria.
In hospital, Vicky was awake too. He was in Rey's room. He saw fresh flowers and smiled. She had been here. This girl is crazy. He adjusted the flowers well in vase. Vicky brushed Rey's hair and said "Good Morning bro".
Kria was getting ready. Her mom asked "where are you going?" Kria answered "Mom!! First college then workshop and hospital too. Sanjana took a sigh and continued doing her chores. She can't stop her from meeting him. She wants to believe what her daughter feels. She was ready to wait till she meets that boy.
Days kept on passing and flowers kept on changing. Every day's melody was humming new lyrics. Sometimes endless talks, sometimes her tears, sometimes her serene silence, sometimes her touch only, sometimes her heartbeats, chain of days with her love kept on moving. Iris for faith and hopes, Lilies for beauty, orchids for love, roses for telling I love you, Carnation for fascination, Daisy for purity, every flower she brought for him each day had volumes to say.
That day Tulip was there for Perfect love when Rey laying in mild sunshine in hospital room was quiet and asleep. A smile came on his long asleep face. Dust particles in sunlight were dancing on his smile. A slight smile which is not even noticeable, was there on his face. Nurse came to take the readings for doctor. Rey in so dim volume took the name which is worship for him "KRIA". He was still in sub conscious. Her laughter and smiley blushes widened his smile, her tears and fears made that smile fade & her touch and love made a tear slide down from his eye core, her happy face and enchanting persona made him utter her name "KRIA". Nurse could see his lips moving and a name flowing in surroundings. This name is not unknown to any of staff here. That girl who brought flowers for him every day, that girl is KRIA.
Doctors were there in few seconds. Amma was there outside the room. She was smiling wide with wet eyes in anticipation of seeing him alright. Calls were already made to everyone. Vicky and Neha were on way. Kria's mom also accompanied them as she was happy too about the fact that he is alright and coming back to senses. Her daughter's wet pillow every night and her prayers to God were valuable to her. Mr. Singhania was sitting in his car heading towards Hospital.
And the one for whom he is coming back from deep sleep, Kria, She was flying in her heart to him. She had several meetings with him in his mind. She was thinking what she will do when she sees him. Her eyes were wet. She was rubbing her hands against each other to control the chills. She was imagining when he will wrap her in his arms, when he will say her name, when she will tell him that how much she missed him. And she put a break on all this and smiled wide on her foolish imaginations. Auto was running but it seemed so slow to her. She in her choked voice kept on telling auto driver to drive fast. Auto stopped in front of hospital and she gave a big currency note in auto driver's hand without even seeing it and ran towards ICU. Auto driver kept on stopping her for returning money.
She was running towards ICU and finally ended up jammed from few inches of ICU. Everybody was standing there looking at her with a smile. She wanted to run and fill Rey in her arms but feet were moving slow for postponing this most beautiful moment. She reached right next to big glass window and looked with a fear inside.
Amma asked her to go inside. She hugged Amma and asked millions of questions in eyes, Amma has only one answer to them "she made her follow her eyes towards her most serene view "Rey". She with feather steps reached near him. He still had his eyes closed. She with her shivering voice said her name "Rey". He didn't respond. She looked back at Amma with a fear. Amma lowered her eyes. She was more afraid now.
She tapped his cheeks and tried to get a response. He didn't respond. Her heart was shattering with anticipation of something same that he was still asleep. A tear drop rolled down her cheek. She looked at the Nurse standing near Rey's bed. Nurse nodded her head in no. Kria closed her eyes with all pain and all the tears got the exit to come out. She turned towards door to leave the room. And her hand finally found much awaited grip. He held her hand and said "Miss talkative! You have nothing to say today". Kria tightened the grip and busted into tears. Everybody outside was smiling over Rey's mischief. He was acting and everybody knew it.
She turned and hit his chest with numerous mild punches. He said "ouch". Kria melted in his arms with lot of tears. She was quiet and had gripped his shirt so hard on his chest. Rey kissed her head and talks of silence started. These two has a lot to say and exchange. Time goes still and these two have all the time to stay like this forever.
