They were already playing with Aarti and Ansh's life when they take Ansh to the hospital for testing and wanting to take Ansh's bone marrow without consulting or telling Aarti. Aarti was completely left in the dark until he accidentally found out that Prashanth was suffering of cancer. And I don't think that Prashanth is reformed. He just looked to be reformed because he was suffering from cancer and on the verge of dying. But if he is cured and becomes healthy again then I believe that he will go back to his old ways and even worse he will fight with Aarti for custody battle of little Ansh.

She is ruining Aarti and Ansh's life... So called mother and grandma's unconditional love for the daughter and grandson..
