Heights of stupidity shiv going to jail

How can a collector go to jail just for price quote tampering ? If that was the case in India there will be many officers and ministers going to jail on a daily basis. Generally before that they will investigate in this issue rather than directly arrest him. How can shiv save jagya if he confess his crime ? Jagya will be put behind bars. Don't know what bloopers cv will create this time to save jaggubhai. Plz cv use some brain while dealing with such sensitive issues related to a collector reputation. It is Jagya who is going to 'save' Shiv by admitting his crime, not the other way around. IMO that's not 'saving' any more than putting a pin on someone's chair and then giving them a tetanus injection once they've been pricked by it is 'saving' them, but anyway.
