Indian Judiciary

Wat is u'r opinion abt Indian justice system? ...It takes years and years to finish a case. And corruption has affected it frm top to bottom...The lawyers take heavy fee for one appearance, and in Indian courts the case extend so..long.... They postpone the hearing to eternity...Most of the people cant afford to run a case for so long!

And the final judgement also, favours the side whose pocket tinkles the most! In a few words, u need a lot of money to run and win a case in India,generally.

One can go to a 'coffee house' with a reasonable expectation of finding coffee. One can go to a 'crack house' with a reasonable expectation of finding crack. One can go to a 'smut house' with a reasonable expectation of finding smut. But one cannot go to a court house with a reasonable expectation to find or get justice. This way curt houses are less worthyor respect than Cofee houses, crack houses or smut houses....it is so in USA too.

I agree with abhijit. However, I am so far never exposed to court houses in US, or heard anything about it so far..but I am sure there will be some truth to your statement.
