I can see them three going to be top 3

Urvashi is little strict but not afraid of anything and focused
Niketan is smart dude with great ideas.. He doesnt talk less or more.. He only speaks when its worth it.

Dellu is nice but does her tasks and like to keep the place stress free.

don't dislike for Delnaaz, but swap her for Rajeev and add Mink into the equation with the rest... is who I like :)
