Lips for sure, they do look puffy in the above mentioned video, she has the signs on botox/lips fillers or whatever it is the people inject into their lips, swelling takes time to go down.

She may have done something to her jaw, because Anushka has a pear shaped face so the bottom is very wide and the top of her face narrow. Now it seems as if her jaw has been contoured. anushka was not fat to begin with so any weight loss on her will not result in major changes to her face.

Her cheeks are not as chubby now, IDK if she's lost weight or done something. Also her nose seems different. Hah this is all speculation, who knows if she has done anything or not.
